Honestly, the sweets were good but the communication/delivery was very bad. I placed my order on Monday Evening. I spoke to your team before placing order and I was told and confirmed that it will be delivered next day (Wednesday). The sweets were for Eid (wednesday) and I waited for them the whole day but it did not arrive. I called to inquire and the person was exceptionally Rude and Disrespectful. The sweets were delivered on Thursday afternoon which was not what was promised. I'l again say, the sweets were really nice but very bad experience. I am not going to order again.

I ordered just a day before Eid 2023. As soon as I placed an order nirala customer service called me and said I was bit late to order as there deliveries have left for the day. I said its okay still I would like to go ahead with my order. And to my surprise my parcel was delivered just in time. Which made recipient very happy and made me very happy too. The online ordering was pretty straightforward and simple with a nice, close up display of the pics on the website. My chosen product arrived earlier than I expected and around 20mins ago, I just opened my box 📦 for the first time since receiving it this morning and the 🍬 🍫 🍭 were neatly arranged and organised and wrapped within plastic packaging. We recently had to send mithai to our son's inlaws who reside in Birmingham and we r in Canada. It went above and beyond our imaginations as the persentatiom of the mithai boxes was amazing along with a hand written card and the delivery was done within 24hrs of placing the order.
The experience of sending sweets from abroad was superb.

Disappointed at the taste and quality of sweets. Couple of items not fresh at all.
