Amazing service. No job to small. Ordered whilst based in Scotland and delivered by 7:30 same day in London. You really can't get any better than that. Superb custo er service and prices are very reasonable . Forgot to mention. Homemade and fresh. Amazing amazing amazing

Excellent taste
Bought mix mithai for the first time. Overall excellent quality and taste. My personal favourites were ghulab jaman, ras gulla, laddu, plain sohn halwa and brown barfi. Will be ordering soon IA.

Never received the original delivery as it was delivered to a wrong address. Got refund and were sent some sweets later just to say sorry. The sweets were nice and fresh.

5 star for outstanding customer service. My package was damaged when it was delivered. Without any delay, another package was sent out to me from Niralla's pocket for next day delivery. Been long since I have experienced such an honest and kind business people. Hence 5star. Also, sugar free mithai tasted excellent. Couldn't believe they were sugar free. Looking forward to ordering my next box of mithai soon!!!

A bit disappointing experience on this occasion. Mithai seemed a lot more oily and not crisp. Also rasgulla bit didn't seem fresh.

I am disappointed you received lessthan perfect mithai. i can promise you it was exceptionally fresh as the run up to eid we were producing daily not weekly as we normally do.
The presentation was excellent
The presentation was excellent, sweets quality was good. Delivery was prompt (although would have been nice if it was delivered close to Eid since this was a Eid gift)
