First time customer, and had it not been lockdown I probably wouldn’t have ordered from here and gone to one of the more well known franchises- but I’m so glad I didn’t!! Five star customer service and amazingly delicious mithai- much better than the famous franchises!! Went above and beyond to help fulfil our requirements and ensure we had the order. I was looking for 'Nirala' but ended up at 'Niralla' due to my own fault. I found this ploy incredibly cunning and quite frankly, felt like a fool.

The 'Panjeeri' was a waste of money, inauthentic, half the ingredients of the original and chemical laden

3 stars: 1 for their website design, 1 for the good customer service by Zafran (unsure whether I got his name right) and 1 star for the lesson

Need I say I won't be returning to this shop?

I ordered the only available panjeeri from your website and was handed the packaged one upon arrival. At no point was I informed of a better option by your colleague.

I drove 85 miles to buy authentic panjeeri from London the next day and a number of times since. My custom would have been yours Insha'ALLAH have you not chose to sell sub standard goods.

Now that you've mentioned the delivery charge, it hadn't been refunded even though I collected the item from your store. I emailed yourselves as well as raised it with PayPal but to no avail.

Forget all the other sweet shops!!! This one is brilliant...I received a 5 star service right from the point that I placed my order online to the actual delivery. I had to make changes to my delivery date and my request was accommodated and personalised to my requirements. 10 out of 10 for customer service. Honestly, they bent over backwards for me and the best thing was that their prices are the most competitive online. I received pictures and videos of what was being sent too. This place is real value for money. The recipients of the sweets were overwhelmed to receive such beautifully packaged gifts. They complimented the freshness of the sweets too. Honestly, Niralla on Leagrave Road in Luton is amazing and Shazia at Niralla is even more amazing!!! Thank you so much for your impeccable service.

Recently placed two online orders and both were delivered on time despite recent health issues. Love the commitment. Also, really nice packaging and delicious sweets.

It took 4 days to deliver within London which I think should be improved.plus delivery charges are a way too high at 7 pounds.

the only good thing about the sweets were the box that they delivered in. either they were stale or made with very old about to expire cashews nuts and smell was weird. went straight in the bin although i kept the box for decoration
