Could have been handled better
Ordered some products needed to get the deliver redirected to a different address due to Covid was introduced to QLD. Contacted their chosen courier service (Couriers please) which had a free redirect option on their website. Option did not work. Called support who told me to get another label printed by supplier, contacted supplier who told me if they need to print a new label I need to pay the delivery costs again, which I was not willing to do. Called support from Couriers Please again 2nd 1 hour waiting time until answered. Offered to get it dropped at the closest drop off store which I accepted. Products never got dropped off and got returned to supplier with reason there was no drop off shop closed by. Checked in their website and there were at least 3 shops in the area. Once back I was told by supplier they can send it to a new address which is within 15km range of original address for free. I accepted but then I never got a confirmation that the products were sent again. Called supplier again and was told that they did not send it because I would have to pay for delivery again because it is a different address. Would have been nice if supplier didn’t wait until I called to find out what’s going on. Ended up cancelling the order. Got refunded quick. Thanks for that.
I would have paid more for delivery costs in the first place knowing they were using a decent delivery company not a budget service from overseas who doesn’t care about their business partners any their clients.
Why not using the good old Australia post which would have simply left a card in the letter box to pick up the goods at a near post office pickup location. 😞

Easy ordering and quick packing time
The packing to sending time was fantastic. Unfortunately due to Australia post this parcel took almost a month to arrive, would be amazing if click and collect could be an option?
Overall i would highly recommend Nirvana Fitness!

Can it get any better?
This is probably the best online shopping experience I’ve ever had. Ordered a power rack, barbell and plates at 23:30, it arrived at 11:00 the next day (metro Melbourne) and I was doing squats that evening after work!
Price: good, Quality: fantastic, Assembly Instructions: super clear, Delivery: wow!
Highly, highly recommended.
