Nisai Virtual Academy have been a brilliant alternative education provider when our son was too ill to attend a mainstream school. The teaching was flexible with extra support when required. Nisai also promotes inclusion for all pupils, which is so important when an illness already causes isolation during formative years. Nisai suported us as parents, too, when it came time to registering for exams. Our son was able to achieve the qualifications he needed to move on and go to college, which is what he wanted. It was absolutley brilliant so watch him achieve so much with the help of Nisai. Thank you - we will always be grateful to the whole staff team at Nisai for their care and support.

Feedback: excellent school especially for my daughter who has Contamination OCD, ASC, depression and anxiety. Nisai has enabled her to continue her education and undertake GCSEs last year ( Eng / Maths) and Hosyory and Business Studies this year. Really helpful that it's online and can be done at home with or without the camera. E uses the private chat, but not public but it means she can ask and answer questions, give abd receive feedback in a way she feels safe.
The support team are brilliant re chasing up attendance and assignments - always done in a positive how can we help way. Nisai is an invaluable option for the education of some children who would otherwise be excluded, become NEET and miss the opportunity to achieve their potential due to their illnesses, or neurodiversity. Long may ot continue.

Scheduling was arranged with our requirements for attendance being a primary consideration.
The meeting was structured with the aims clearly stated & focused on.
We were given ample opportunity to contribute our thoughts, concerns & feedback.
The meeting was entirely focused on our daughter’s outcomes & her future aims & options.
Experience at Nisai:
Our daughter was fully supported by Nisai & was effective when requested.
Any communication issues were as a result of our daughter’s reluctance to communicate, however this has improved in time as her confidence has increased.
She has enjoyed her time with Nisai who are achieving positive outcomes with her education & as parents we feel that her educational needs have been met; a typical example being the arranging of her examination needs.

I can not speak more highly of Nisai. They have absolutely transformed the life of my son and our whole family. Our son, currently studying his English and Math's functional skills, suffers from extreme anxiety along with ADHD and Autism. He is at a point where he is unable to leave the house, let alone go to college. We were at an absolute loss of what to do, especially as i work and have a younger daughter with Autism too who also struggles. We tried counselling, working with the schools and college but got nowhere. Then the lovely lady who did my son's EHCP told us about Nisai and suggested we give a go. From the first conversation we were blown away by Nisai their understanding of my son’s needs and the time taken to get to know him as individual. Every teacher that has taught our son has worked hard to build his confidence and we have seen so much personal growth in him along with consistently improving marks. We honestly could not be more proud of him and grateful to Nisai for the difference they have made to our son's learning and confidence. Our DS, currently studying his A-Levels, suffered from extreme anxiety since puberty and it got to a point where he was unable to leave the house, let alone go to school. A friend had come across Nisai after working at the Local Authority and suggested we gave them a call. From the first conversation we were blown away by Nisai, their ethos, their understanding of my son’s needs and the time taken to get to know us as individuals.
