Adaptive ya right- no better than any cheap pair except the plastic is even worse. I gave them 2 stars because I can read with them but that’s it

Warning – False advertising

I ordered a pair of glasses that turned out to be a cheap reading glasses pair shipped from China, packed in a simple envelope (no case, no instructions, no invoice, nothing).

Nobody has replied to my emails since the beginning of the order process, and it is impossible to get a refund.

I have all the evidence to prove this scam (photos, emails, etc.). Don’t fall into the trap like I did.

Absolutely terrible! A cheap dollar store product for $37. False advertising. This is criminal! I want my money back. Refund.

DO NOT purchase from this company! I was sent a cheap pair of readers instead of the glasses described and advertised. The company does not answer to a refund request. Big scam operation out of China. I’ll be reporting to BBB and my bank as fraud/scam.

Beware of them, they are scammers. I bought their glasses, and they never contacted me or sent any emails. They're scammers, so be careful.

What a load of rubbish I should have checked the reviews. The very cheap plastic came apart out of the cheap bag no uv as they say +3.00 sticker can't see a thing through them no multi vision please don't fall for it they are a total scam if YouTube was thinking about the customers they would ban and not allowed to advertise on it. I spent £29.40 and will not see that again

I only have one thing to say about this company. It’s definitely a SCAM. My order did not arrived. They just want your money and make you believe that your order is on the way and there is no way of getting a refund. I will NOT buy or recommend them to anyone. Very disappointed customer.

Absolutely agree with all negative comments. This is one of those companies where I could give ratings in minus if I could. Absolutely rubbish glasses I wouldn't wear even if someone paid me to wear them. States quick delivery but took 2 weeks to get it delivered as it came from China. Glasses came in bubble envelop with no protection whatsoever and without any case. I have asked for a refund but no response yet. I am not hoping to get anything money back. I wish I saw the reviews before handing any money over them. Stay well clear from this company and their rubbish products.

The company is a fraud. The support staff everybody in the organisation is part of the fraud. I spent 40$, the product never arrived. Be aware don't buy from them again. The company don't have telephone number to call.

You can only communicate with a AI Chatbot who will continue to ask the same questions over and over. Which I answer correctly only to asked again over and over.
The only way to level the playing field is to contact your bank and ask for a chargeback. This is the only action that worked for me. Everone should speak with your bank and get a CHARGEBACK this will get a refund and shut the grifters down...

Absolute waste of money.
Chinese based, took forever to deliver but more importantly Quality waste of money. Glasses are nothing but what are called "cheeters". Put on and looked 20 yards ahead, no focus. Would not even focus on coffee cup in front. Avoid!

The glasses were packaged very very badly and could have been really damaged in transit. The glasses themselves don’t work. They are cheap plastic rubbish worse than you can buy from the pound shop or dollar store. Worse than that they do not respond when you contact them telling them this and so I just got basically scammed out of £29.99 so I would not recommend buying Nivale glasses at all based on my experience.

This company will not respond to any messages you send them. You will not be able to return them without authorization from them and since they don't respond to messages you'll never get that authorization. When you put them on you may as well be looking through a pair of magnifying glasses and try wearing those all day. They magnify everything and give you a headache right away. They do not get darker in the daylight. They are made out of very cheap plastic material. I only ordered one pair but they charged me for two pairs and sent two pairs, different colors. This company cannot be trusted and you'll just be wasting your money. I can't really say it's a scam because they did send the product, but the product is total junk. Buyer beware. They won't give you an accurate tracking number or let you cancel your order. I did try and cancel the second order they put through. Also the second pair was charged a different price from the first one.

Fake products. Received a dollar store pair of reading glasses. Have blocked the company on my email and glad I paid in a roundabout manner-wish I'd read these reviews before wasting my money though! I'm not even going to try for a returm/ refund reading these. Chalk it up and move on. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

If I could do no star I would do it. This is a scam. I ordered their self focusing glasses and received plain old readers that I could have purchased at the dollar store. They claimed they would arrive in 4 to 6 days and it took well over 3 weeks. Furthermore, they were not well packaged and one of the cheap pair of glasses arrived damaged. This is a scam. I have reached out to them and yet to hear back. I am beyond disappointed. I’m am just mad at this point. Paying $60+ for dollar store glasses. To add insult to injury, they sent 3.50 focal glasses that I cannot use une any circumstance. Ugh!!!

This company is trash, as are their glasses, advertised as multifocal high quality and for which I paid 30€. In fact they are inferior to those reading glasses which you can buy in many shops for around 5€ and they certainly are not multifocal, I have found them to be useless at any distance. I have sent 4 emails so far in an effort to get my money back but no reply to date.
DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE LIARS AND SELL RUBBISH.

Ordered glasses in February, arrived early March. Poor quality, actually made my eyesight worse. Requested refund multiple times. After going back and forth over the last 2 months. They still haven't refunded 60% of my purchase price. Sent me a store credit which is not what we agreed on. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY
