Par has gone above and beyond to help me get my Dad’s albums loading again on his Nixplay frame. He always had another suggestion that I could try until we finally resolved the issues I was having. I was able to also upgrade to a new frame which has more memory so MORE pictures!

Joe was patient -- even when I sent the wrong email address. I am VERY impressed with the customer service received from Nixplay.

I had a problem with my 10 year old picture frame that I couldn’t fix myself. I emailed customer support and Joe emailed me a response the next day with a few solutions which fixed my problem. I find it impressive that they were very prompt and friendly with a frame as old as mine.

I received a response within a short time and a resolution of the problem shortly thereafter. Par was friendly, understanding of my issue, and efficient in helping me. I couldn't be happier with Par's service.

Well, I was never able to really chat with anybody live… It took me more than once to get any response… And the response I got was unhelpful… I did ask to have somebody call me only to receive a a message back saying it would likely take several days for somebody to call me… The issue was that I could not login because for some reason the system was not recognize my email… This was not a case of me miss typing my email because I tried it more than five times… Eventually, I tried it and for some unknown reason it accepted k my militia’s

Love these frames! Bought one for everyone in the family and love how easy it is to share pictures. I even locked myself out of my account one time and their customer service was great (thanks Joe!). Highly recommend Nixplay!

The customer service is outstanding! The response time was immediate to my questions. He clearly wrote out what needed to be done, and instructions were easy to follow. I'm a dinosaur with technology, and he was very considerate! His follow-up was very quick and thorough. Great product and great customer service!

My husband and I received a Nixplay frame for Christmas from our daughter and son in law. I had set it up but apparently miss placed my password. I contacted customer service and Maris emailed me promptly with the information she needed to get me what I needed. she was always quick to respond and very pleasant with her correspondence. She gave me a way to access and reset my password on the Web and on the app. Everything worked smoothly. I couldn’t be more happy with the quality of service I received.

NIXPLAY staff is great to work with and prompt replies.. their product is wonderful!
