I was disappointed we couldn't get the old frame issues resolved, but appreciated the discount on the new frame.

I got a frame for a client, so that he will remember all of our adventures. So i was really dismayed when the pics would not load. I emailed nixplay and we went back and forth for like 3 week. I assumed they would eventually say "i dont know" and "good luck". However joe stayed with it until it was fixed. Every email reply came back in a timely manner.

I am having difficulties connecting an old Nixplay frame to my Nixplay account. I tried their online chat line for support. The support person, Maris, was very courteous and extremely helpful (and patient with me). This level of support is unusual these days. 5 Stars for Nixplay support!!!

Inherited a Nixplay frame from my late mother and I needed to reset the frame and create a new account. Nixplay were very quick to respond to my request and it was sorted in a few hours. The App and functionality of the frame is great and I can see the huge benefit of sharing the frame with family members so they can put photos of their travels etc on the frame for us. Brilliant product.

Our picture frame developed a fault. We contacted customer services. Quick response, plenty of on site suggestions for us to try and when they didn't work they sorted centrally. I had an issue with a lost remote from an older frame and we couldn't get it connected back to wifi. I emailed nixplay support and they quickly responded with a solution. Very happy with their customer service.
