I had received the photo frame as a gift. I could not figure out how to set it up in order to upload photos from my computer. Joe at Nixplay was able to answer my email questions and answered back with step by step instructions (that were not intuitive) which helped and I was able to get the thing working just fine. Great customer service!

My digital frame stopped working I bought it a few years ago, customer service were really helpful figuring out what the problem was and sent me a replacement lead (no charge) all working perfectly again!

Initially loved Nixplay, loved my digital frame & ease of use & unlimited upload of photos, however after a while they changed the terms & conditions about uploads & wanted to charge an annual fee for photos uploads over a small capacity. Really annoyed as one of the main deciding factors when buying the frame was the unlimited upload. Really disappointed they moved the goalposts after the purchase was made.

Our 2014 Nixplay photo frame stopped working and despite very prompt suggestions from Par at Nixplay Support, nothing brought it back to life. He then ordered a new power adapter at no cost which has restored it to full working order. First class service, thank you Par. Would not hesitate to recommend Nixplay.

The live chat with JD was very professional, helpful and friendly. The information I needed was researched and responded to was thorough helpful informative. My first problem was regarding billing. It was researched and assistance provided. The second question was regarding my 3 frames and again, helpful information provided. Thank you. * This format of communication is not easy for many like myself. I would prefer phone conversation but, JD was helpful. I was provided with links for future reference. *Nixplay is a reliable digital frame with app .

I've had a Nixplay frame for several years and look at it every day, so I bought a frame as a gift for my sister-in-law. The delivery was fast and the setup was easy. I had a couple glitches, but tech support was excellent. We loaded several hundred photos from an SD card, and my sister-in-law is thrilled with it.

Works well. Reputable and reasonable.

Do not support this company. I bought several of these frames for family members to share family photos. The frame came with unlimited online storage for photos. It was great. Since then Nixplay, has pulled a bait and switch and now severely limits accounts unless an annual fee is paid. It is illegal under the Canadian Competition Act and there is currently a class action against Nixplan in California on a similar basis. I will follow with great interest and will go out of my way to inform friends and family that this is a disingenuous company that no one should support. There are plenty of alternatives.

Joe from the help desk at Nixplay was exceptionally helpful when I was unable to continue to use my Nixplay Mobile App. I have used Nixplay for many many years and was very very troubled when I was no longer able to access my personal photos. Joe came to my rescue when emailing me with step by step instructions as to how to once again use my mobile Nixplay app. Joe’s willingness to check back to make sure all was working for me embodied his spirit of caring for me and Nixplay as well. Thank you, Joe.
