Werkt enkel goed via WiFi, maar beperkte programmatie mogelijkheden

Heel gemakkelijke installatie van HomeBase 3 en het koppelen van verschillende camera’s.
De camera’s S330, S340 en S300 leveren mooie en scherpe beelden.
Ruime instel mogelijkheden voor detectie en meldingen.
Enkel de mogelijkheden om het in en uitschakelen te programmeren zijn beperkt. Het is niet mogelijk om tijdinstellingen te combineren met geofencing en dat heel jammer en teleurstellend.

Jammergenoeg moet ik na een tijdje in gebruik mijn beoordeling herzien.
Na enkele weken gebruik zonder problemen, is het plots niet meer mogelijk om via 4G of 5G een verbinding te maken.
Op de 10 pogingen lukt het misschien nog 1 keer, daar waar het voorheen vlekkeloos ging. Alles geprobeerd, zelfs app opnieuw geïnstalleerd, maar tevergeefs. Gaan zoeken in reviews en blijkbaar hebben velen dit probleem en bestaat dit al meerdere jaren, waarom wordt het dan niet opgelost ?
Vandaar nog maar 1 ster ipv 3.

Het product is snel geleverd, de handleiding en app zijn erg duidelijk.
En niet te vergeten het product doet wat het zou moeten doen.

Wat ik zelf extra prettig vind is dat je onderdelen kunt kopen en vervangen.

Good afternoon!

Good afternoon,
After extensive research, I chose a robot vacuum cleaner that met my needs. Although I wasn’t very familiar with the Eufy brand, I opted for it because of the technology it offered. However, I had an extremely frustrating experience with customer service due to a delivery that simply never happened.

The delivery took over 30 days, and during that entire period, I received no effective support from the company. No one was able to give me a clear answer regarding the delivery status or even the possibility of a refund. At one point, I was even asked if I was satisfied with the product — even though I hadn’t received it yet.

Faced with such disregard, my husband lost his patience and, unfortunately, was impolite in one of the emails. I had to expose the situation on Instagram by making a public complaint just to finally be heard. Only after this exposure did someone get in touch and show a willingness to resolve the issue.

It’s important to highlight that this was a purchase of approximately 500 euros. I nearly lost that amount due to the lack of support and effective communication channels. No one — absolutely no one — was responding. The product finally arrived today, but now I feel uneasy about any future need for technical support or replacement parts. Customer service was, without a doubt, deeply disappointing.

Een aanrader!

Het bestelproces was makkelijk en alles ging vrij vlot. Ik ben ook erg tevreden met het product. Het enige waar ik niet zo blij mee ben, is de bezorging door UPS. Maar daar heb ik een klacht over ingediend bij UPS zelf. Ze hebben me namelijk een hele dag laten wachten en vervolgens beweerd dat ze langs zijn geweest maar dat het bedrijf gesloten was (ik had mijn bedrijfsadres als bezorgadres opgegeven). Echter, ik was de hele dag aanwezig en ik had de toegangsdeur tot het gebouw ook wagenwijd open gelaten juist zodat de bezorger zou weten dat wij aanwezig zijn. Als het door drukte niet lukt om op een bepaalde dag te bezorgen, wees dan eerlijk, maar ga mij niet laten wachten om vervolgens te liegen.

Good robot bad maintenance

Like the robot but maintenance parts are hard to come by. They are not sold in quantities matching consumption. For example the brush guard is only sold with the brush but is required to be replaced much more often. This also makes a new brush guard too expensive.

Eufy clearly knows how long parts last as they do show it in the app. They should make replacement kits that make sense on those timelines.
