Requested an RMA to return a product that was unopened and unused. After numerous emails between the company and myself, it was obvious I was being given the run-around, and they were never going to give me an RMA. However, they did give me many reasons why they couldn't do so - "we only accept returns that are damaged or defective...","our return policy changed recently", "send photos of product and packaging", and a lot of requests for the Order Number, Date placed, and my email address; come on really.
Do not waste your hard earned money or valuable time shopping with this company.
