Terrible service, waiters were slow and very forgetful.
Bacon was greasy and definitely cooked early and re-heated. The rest of the food was just bland

Love the service, love the cups (insulated, don't affect the taste of the coffee). I will 100% keep using Noa and Parker and recommend to friends.
BUT, please get an app! The website is clunky to order from and it doesn't remember my email so I have to manually input all my data and sign in every time I go to order (which is a lot). Really not the end of the world, but annoying.
Still worth it to avoid single use cups x

Love this service, makes my morning coffee much easier!

Absolutely 1000% endorse and enjoy the scheme. Love the look and feel and function of the cups themselves too. Have used a total of abut 20 transactions via Veneziano now and think it's a great incentive. The coffee tastes better than a paper cup too. I did feel like the Terms and Conditions were a bit wishy washy when I read them but I'm sure as the scheme grows they will become more transparent. Overall very happy to continue to support.

Great initiative for reusable coffee cups. The stainless steel cups are good quality and well insulated. not having to wash the cup before exchanging the cup when you buy the next coffee is a brilliant innovation. I've been using the service for 2 months and love the fact that I finally don't use disposable coffee cups.

The online ordering is easy to use and it saves my order for the next time.

Loving Noa and Parker! So convenient!
I order my coffee on the walk over to my fav, Veneziano, and it’s ready when I arrive. Go on my walk along the river, coffee keeps warm on a chilly Melbourne walk and drop the cup back on my way home or the next day when I pick up my next coffee.

Super easy and can order for my husband and I as I can loan two cups. Customer service has been amazing.

All this and saving the environment from my coffee cups in the process.

Love the ease of ordering a coffee ahead of time and skipping the queue. Of course also LOVE the reusable/returnable cups. I always forget to use my own keep cups but this system is a brilliant zero waste one.
The Noa and Parker team are also so helpful and friendly.

SO good to see that there are businesses and initiatives that are ACTUALLY environmentally conscious. Great quality cups keep your drinks warm, whilst offering an easy way for you to be able to grab a coffee without all the waste! (the discounts are a bonus too!)

There’s a few things that would be great to improve the experience in subsequent releases

Apple Pay / Google pay options seem inconsistent in the purchase flow which does make for a pretty real pain point.

If you’re ordering a small coffee there’s no option (I type into notes that I want small not regular).

Seamless to set-up and then I was off.
First order, pressed go and my Noa & Parker coffee was already waiting for me as I stepped inside.

I discovered this new start up on Instagram by chance and I'm so glad I did! The meals are delivered fresh and still hot. I ordered some burgers for myself and family and everything tasted great - chips were a little soggy due to the container being sealed but it didn't bother me too much: a minor compromise for avoiding single use waste! Will be spreading the word about this new business!

I loved the meal I had last week. It arrived hot and beautifully presented, and I got a real kick out of leaving my desk and enjoying my lunch without doing a single thing except opening the front door to receive my delivery. Am now looking forward to the same experience this week. A real treat!
