Terrible service, waiters were slow and very forgetful. Bacon was greasy and definitely cooked early and re-heated. The rest of the food was just bland

Noa and Parker is wonderful. The ethos of recycling containers is excellent. But over and above this, the focus on pairing with amazing cafes (including Arlo in Brighton, one of my faves) and ensuring there are vegan options is perfect for me. Jeremy is a kind and compassionate person too. Thank you. Looking forward to a long membership!

Thanks for the review Jen, we're glad you love our cups as much as we do. Fighting single-use waste requires us to be as convenient as disposable coffee cups. Having our Noa and Parker cups clean and waiting for members at the cafe is a great start. More convenience coming soon.
The concept is a great idea
The concept is a great idea, the cups are very nice to drink out of, however the large cup could be a little larger. Keep spreading the goodness.

Too much hassle for staff at cafe
Too much hassle for staff at cafe. Scanning cup is not working consistently. It's too much like just getting your own keep cup, really. there added benefit of being able too access a send cup if you left yours... I'd rather take a paper cup that one time, than having to now bring two cups back etc.
Also, in general, if you commute, you like to get rid of your cup after having your coffee. I do not like having a not clean, time bit leaking, mug in my bag – even if it's only for the remainder of the commute until I can wash the cup at work, which is just another hassle and waste of water...
Just not for me. Hope there is some valuable insight there to improve this.

Hey March, appreciate your feedback. You were one of the very first people to try out the system in our Sydney cafes. The staff were still being trained up on the scanning process. However, we took feedback on board from both staff and customers to continue to improve the system. Hopefully, you will try us again in the future. Thanks
