Easy process but need to improve on letting people know the next step.

Overall I had a great experience. The Noah team was very nice and professional. They responded to all of my questions and concerns, right away. I felt comfortable each step of the way.

My representative from NOAH was Sang. She was extremely professional, had excellent communication skills and was able to explain all the facets of the product in very clear and easy to understand terms. I give her and NOAH my highest recommendations.

User friendly and easy to understand information

I was absolutely amazed with the speedy turn-around of my application. I applied online on December 10 and closed on December 30. It would have taken less than 20 days if not for the Christmas holidays.
It was great that my home advisor, Sang, was also a senior underwriter and she kept in touch almost everyday, giving me updates during the whole process from application thru closing, making sure that all my questions and concerns were taken care of.
The closing process itself went very smoothly, thanks to Brandi, the real estate closer. She arranged for the notary to come to my house for the signing in the evening, made it really convenient for me as that was the only time I was available.

We had the pleasure of working with Sang as our Sr. Underwriter for our transaction. Sang was extremely helpful in explaining the product, process, and was consistently keeping us up to date with the status. We reached out to her numerous times with questions and she responded quickly, without making us feel like we were a nuisance. The process went smooth - we closed and received our funds a month after we applied. This was truly unexpected given the fact that we applied early December and had the holidays to work around. We had some minor hiccups with the appraisal company but we were able to have the necessary revisions done and we were good to go! Noah is a great alternative to the traditional mortgage/2nd mortgage loans. While we were somewhat hesitant initially, we understand it was simply because equity sharing is a newer product. However, working with Sang and Noah made us feel comfortable. Overall we are happy with the transaction and got the funding we needed without having to add on another monthly payment!

I believe every application is unique and Julieta is a great person to work with. The process was easy and Julieta was quick to address any upcoming issues. Noah by far is the best of its kind. I cannot thank you enough. For anyone looking for a similar loan/investor NOAH and Julieta is who you should contact. Transaction was quick and easy.

If you believe your home value will appreciate well, then Noah is a great choice. We did a lot of research on other companies (Unison and Unlock) and decided to go with Noah because of their 18% APR cap. Especially, if you live in the area where market is doing great, it is a great idea to go with Noah since maximum money they will take from you is the money you borrow plus 18% interest per year.

We are very grateful for Sang's professionalism, timeliness, and efficient communication. She is a real gem.

Excellent service by Noah. Appraisal company was also excellent. Did run into some delays with the title company used, but Noah folks were all over it to help get it done

Horrible experience they made me wait for a couple days for them to tell me no i have over 300k equity in my home and my credit is in the mid 500 only because some of my credit cards are max out.

I am only at the beginning stage but I have tried other companies and Noah is prompt and informative. Gives me dates and sticks to them.
