I applied last week and they said that I needed an appraisal which would be set up yesterday. I have not heard back from the appraiser as I need to give him entry instructions. Please advise on how to proceed

Why pick Noah No it's a great selection to pick as an investment. Who will lend you money and pay back in 10 years wow that is great. Process is easy and they guide you through until end. Friendly staff especially Julietta she guide me with my loan all way to end I feel we became friends my I had to call her so many time. We got kinda of close she's was very helpful and she will follow through very smoothly. She's the best.

There are several companies that do this sort of funding, but I found the Noah terms more equitable, and their rates and fees were lower. If you are looking to do this sort home equity loan, they are one of the better options out there.

Our experience to date is very positive. We spoke with Sang and she was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. We are going to wait till next year to complete our transaction with Noah because of personal reasons, but we will look forward to the process with Sang next year. Thank you..

I worked with Julieta on my home equity refinance investment and she was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Noah for your home refinancing needs!

The best thing they do is transparency, explanation and quick estimates. I decided not to go with them because eg. they want 20% equity but only offer 16% (before fees!) meaning you will only get ~12-13%.

When the county hit me with a $24000 bill, reassessment of 3 years of my property taxes, you guys were here to save the day!! The entire process including closing and funding all took less then 2 weeks!! Unbelievable!!
