turned down for a reverse mortgage, after
3 months of gyrations. It took approximately 1 month Noah. I am 78, and wanted to stay in my home, it was getting difficult on my retirement income. So the equity loan allowed me to stay. 10 years of equivalent rent in this neighborhood, would have cost me
$360,000.

Juliet it was wonderful explaining everything to me. I’m gathering the documents needed to continue the application. I can’t think her enough for her patience with me she’s wonderful looking forward to speaking with her again!

I am still working through the process. I am happy thus far but feel that a better job can be done presenting what is ultimately a 'new' finance/funding tool. There may be some anxiety from the end of the borrower- perhaps a nice case study to read through. Some different scenarios what ifs- and how they would play out. The Story on the web page helps. It is compelling and for a 1099 worker it is refreshing to find something out there for people with unique tax and income situations

Slow in responding to My mortgage broker on a subordination letter,But quick to charge Me $250 Dollars to respond slowly

This is the first I have heard of Noah taking over. I would have thought I would have been informed sooner. I sent an email asking a couple of questions still haven’t heard back.

At the front end, they were very helpful and attentive to my needs. It’s the back end , when they get their money back plus a percentage, I wonder how fair they will be!

Felt like my time was wasted. Was told to go through the entire application process only to get denied when they already knew the debt to value on the home. Don't see any benefit to using a service with the same qualifications as a standard refinance.
