Sang was great and the process was very smooth but they do not explain the closing or funding process well. I suggest they be more upfront about how many people the funds go through before you get them.

My first phone call to Noah was very pleasant. Sang patiently answered all my questions, and also, my follow up questions via emails. I finally decided to go with Noah. Sang is still the point of contact on my request, and so far, I am very happy with her quick response and transparency.

Working with Noah and spruce has truly been the worst business experience of my lifetime. It is an absolute marvel at the level of incompetence, misinformation and out right lying that has taken place. In the past, I have dealt with point, and had a marvelous experience. Dealing with Noah is completely opposite. However if you are in need of missed commitments or constant apologies, Noah is your company.
