Patch Homes Came To The Rescue
I honestly don't know what I would have done if Patch Homes didn't come to the rescue. They helped me out after a very expensive and stressful divorce. Everyone at Patch worked tirelessly and demonstrated such compassion and kindness with regards to my situation. The fact that I have ten years to pay off is a huge plus as I work on getting back on my own two feet as a single parent. Thank you Patch Homes.

Great experience with Patch
Great experience with Patch. I researched all top "home equity investment" partners, and Patch rose to the top. Best overall deal for my particular situation, but its the fantastic customer service that really sets them apart. I highly recommend Patch.

Thank God We Found Patch Homes!!
My husband and I experienced a very challenging time ... over a course of 3 yrs our 4 businesses imploded and the bank began foreclosure proceedings on our home of 18 years. Because of our Bankruptcy filings, we could not refinance nor could we qualify for a reverse mortgage. We decided that we would have to liquidate our remaining 401k to buy off the bank. After paying the taxes and because a portion of the funds were tied up in annuities ... that option wouldn’t provide us with the funds we needed. We had run out of options ... then we heard about Patch Homes. The Patch Team listened compassionately to our woeful story & committed to help us. It was a long haul due to the complications of our situation but The Patch Team stuck with us and together, we made it happen! We received the funding we needed to remove the liens on our home. The entire Patch Team was a joy to work with ... very professional and competent and most of all, they truly cared about us & our dilemma. Thank you Team Patch!!!!!
