You will not be disappointed!

Ordering was easy. The delivery was earlier then scheduled. The packaging was excellent. Once we received the couches, we turned around and shipped them to Barbados, in the same packaging, which held up and arrived in Barbados in perfect condition. Unwrapping and setting up was a breeze. I love these couches. So comfortable. We have received so many compliments. I look forward to adding a few more NOA products to our vacation home.

2nd time purchasing!

We bought a king sized mattress a few years back and we love it so much! Came back to buy a single mattress to put in our guest bedroom.

Delivery person messaged us in advance to confirm the delivery date and time. The mattress came on time and love how comfortable it is!

Modular Couch

My husband and I purchased a modular couch from Noa Home for our basement. The set up was very easy and now we have a nice and comfortable couch in our basement as we were able to get it down our intricate stairway. I took a star off as the pillows we received had a visible mark/ink stain on it. When I contacted customer support for a replacement I was told they wouldn't be able to do that for me. They were only able to offer a small amount off my purchase. I understand the pillow could just be turned around however when you're paying a considerable amount of money on a piece of furniture that is brand new you expect to receive a product that has passed quality inspection. Overall, I would purchase from Noa Home again and recommend to friends and family.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. Initially we had various delays with delivery and terrible communication. We’ve now had to have 3 replacement sofas/parts of sofa due to such poor manufacturing quality and dirty marks on the sofa on arrival. We’ve had nothing but hassle and the communication is very poor.

I'm beyond disappointed

I'm beyond disappointed. I loved the cream Osaka bed, ordered it, waited a few weeks only to open the boxes and find a grey bed. Don't be fooled by the website, this bed is grey and not at all what I expected. Since I've already opened the boxes, I can't return it, nor do I want to pay the 15% restocking fee to return a falsely advertised product. I wish I hadn't wasted my money.

To the response: a different shade is one thing and understandable with differences in colours on screen. A different colour all together is what I got.

Similarly to most online retailers, we're unable to guarantee that the monitor used while shopping on our website will portray the colours of our products accurately, as variances may exist between different display monitors and / or devices.

That being said, we provide our customers with the option to purchase fabric swatches directly on our website, in order for them to see and feel our fabrics prior to making their purchase, to ensure the colour and fabric composition meets their expectations. Additionally, the colour of any of our products may vary depending on the type and amount of lighting it's exposed to in the customer's home.

Insufficient postage on samples

When you want a sample swatch, you have to have EVERY sample. The site says these are free but when you order it then wants to charge you £10. It says this is refundable against a purchase, but when you try it says this isn’t the case if you bought during a sale (they’re always on sale). But to top it all, they don’t put sufficient postage on the samples and you have to visit your Post Office Depot and pay a fine! I told customer service and they couldn’t care less.

2nd Time Buying

We bought our first Noa mattress back in 2017 and fell in love with it. The mattress is comfortable, affordable and provides us with a good night's sleep every night.

This is our second time buying a mattress and we decided to upgrade to the Noa Luxe instead. Best decision ever!

Ordered a modular pacific sofa which as…

Ordered a modular pacific sofa which as per their website and advise from one of their employees was to be delivered between within 2-7 business days. 5 days after purchase and not receiving any update on the delivery I called and left a voicemail to which I got a call back. I was told that their shipping partner will email me confirming delivery. A couple of days went by and again I did not received anything from anyone so I called again to be told that the sofa sold out after I ordered and they will have it in stock end of May. I asked for a refund and was told that it should take between 2 - 5 working days and not received the refund but also mentioned that there could be delays of 2-14 business days dependent on my financial institution which is unheard of and I just seen another reviewer mentioned the same.

I wish I would have looked at the reviews as a few of us have had the same cold treatment and 0 customer service. Worse of all I am an interior designer and asked for a trade discount to start with which they refused as I would not promote their product on our social media and glad we did not as it would have ruined our reputation as designers so be ware of this company if you are thinking of buying anything from them.

btw we are still waiting to receive our refund after 4 weeks now.

Unfortunately, the delays in getting your order scheduled were due to an inventory concern that we were trying to sort out with our warehousing facility, which certainly took longer than expected. We completely appreciate that the scheduling and delivery of your order was slightly longer than the delays advertised on our website and for this, we apologize.

All order cancellation and refunds are processed within 2-5 business days, which we feel is more than reasonable as a standard for the industry. Once the refund has been processed on our end, it takes effect immediately - that being said, certain financial institutions used by our customers require further processing delays - for this reason, we simply notify our customers of this although it doesn't imply that they will apply necessarily.

We also appreciate that you applied for our Trade membership program. As explained to you by our team, we were unable to extend a membership to your business as you did not provide the required documentation requested within the application form. When we asked to provide these separately via email, we were told that they were unavailable. We do not, at any time, oblige any of our members to promote nor advertise our products as a requirement to be a part of the program.

Stress-free!

I got an order for three modular sofa pieces delivered but there was a problem with one of the pieces. I was impressed with how easy it was to contact Noa and how helpful their customer service team was! They sent a replacement and collected the other piece in one go, all within the space of a few days. Noa is great!

SCAM AVOID

Honestly this company is basically a scam. They change their prices, don't deal with customers and don't take no for an answer. It's actual hell. I lost $300 because of their blasphemous customer service. I liked their products too but honestly not worth it. Avoid.

We're truly sorry that you feel this way however, must respectfully disagree with the statements and accusations you're making towards our brand and integrity.

The products you purchased remain at the same price today as they were when you first placed your order. As well, we have a very fair price adjustment policy and always accomodate our customers with adjustments should they be eligible.

We're unsure how a loss of $300 was experienced in your case, as the only additional fee incurred was a $50 redelivery fee as a result of a missed delivery.

Our team, as well as our delivery partners, made all the necessary efforts to assist you with your initial delivery, and with the scheduling of your 2nd delivery. As per our delivery policy, all missed delivery attempts are subject to a redelivery fee. Our third party transporter was unable to get in touch with you on the scheduled delivery date that was confirmed between yourself and our transporter. As well, the elevator for your building had not been reserved for this day which in turn, would have prevented a successful delivery.

Both our team and that of our transporter reached out to you on multiple occasions to attempt to have this sorted with you promptly, despite the aggressive and inappropriate tone and language that we were subject to throughout these conversations.

Our in-home delivery service provides our customers with the option to chose a specific delivery date and time frame that is suitable for them. That being said, our customers are responsible for ensuring they are available to receive their order during this time, and are reachable in the event that our transporter needs to get in touch to complete the delivery successfully.

If I could give it zero stars I would - TERRIBLE customer service

If I could give it zero stars I would. I have no idea what their mattress is like coz I never got it - but as a company they are totally unprofessional and dodgy. They took my money then kept telling me they couldn't give me any idea of when my mattress would be dispatched (let alone when it would arrive). I cancelled and requested a refund (as not dispatched) which they said was processed & done. Ten days later I still hadn't received it. Queries met with generic responses then no answer at all. It took threat of legal action to get them to process it - which they did within 24 hours. Beware!!! NB the frontline staff were not the problem.

NOA has FALSE ADVERTISING

NOA has FALSE ADVERTISING. Says colour of sofa is cream but it is grey. MISREPRESENTS : says sale will end so buy asap. SALE PRICE is same as regular price. We bought because Alex said no problem... sofa can be returned and refunded. So we asked for late delivery as we were out of country and a woman agreed. BUT they delivered in our absence when they should not have. THEN took 15% of price to return it. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
All of this while we were in Europe on holidays- 15 emails and 5 calls from us. They don't care. Even though they pretend to be super nice. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

First and foremost, our in-home delivery service for our Canadian customers includes the option to select a delivery date that's most convenient for them. That being said, a delivery will not occur unless the customer has chosen and agreed to a delivery date. As such, a delivery date was confirmed for your order and therefore, it was delivered to your address accordingly. Your request to have the item delivered at a later date because you were travelling was only received after the initial delivery occurred and therefore, this option was no longer available.

Similarly to most online retailers, we're unable to guarantee that the monitor used while shopping on our website will portray the colours of our products accurately, as variances may exist between different display monitors and / or devices. At the time of your purchase, the option to request a free set of fabric swatches directly from our website was available. Our fabric swatches allow our customers to see and feel our fabrics prior to making their purchase, to ensure the colour and fabric composition meets their expectations. Additionally, the colour of any of our products may vary depending on the type and amount of lighting it's exposed to in the customer's home.

As many e-tailers / e-commerce brands do, we offer varying promotional offers during different periods / seasons of the year with our products being sold at regular price outside of these events. Indeed, we do extend promotional offers from time to time.

As for our return policy, we absolutely provide our customers with the option to return their sofa for a return if they're not entirely satisfied with it, as mentioned to you by our team. That being said, all sofa returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, as clearly indicated on our website and your invoice (confirmation email).

Collapsed Bed

I purchased the Double bed Mattress and the Sunset double bed (now discontinued). The mattress is fantastic, comfortable and perfect for my needs. Disappointingly, the Sunset bed was not up to par. It came with just 5 small metal legs to hold up the entire bed. After less than 1 year and many times retightening the legs, it collapsed completely. I wasn’t impressed at all and contacted customer service. After being told they couldn’t do anything about it (i.e. refund or sending new legs) as it was supposedly my fault and many emails they offered a 30% refund but in no way was it close to the amount I would have to pay to replace it. It is no surprise to me that it is now discontinued. Overall, I would 100% recommend the mattresses but I would definitely look elsewhere for beds

The mattress has no actual warranty

We found the mattress comfortable, but two of the handles ripped away when the mattress was being put into place; one handle ripped when lifted by my wife, who's 5'2" and 50kg. Noa said by email that they'd replace the mattress, but then changed their mind and now say they won't.

If there's a fault with the mattress they won't repair or replace it, so buy something else that comes with a proper warranty.

UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO REPLY FROM NOA: That's nonsense as you know, and that you would make up this silly story to try to save money at my expense is insulting. Firstly, there's no way you could tell that the handle was attached sufficiently strongly by looking at a photo of it *after* it's torn away. Secondly, as you know, the handle tore when being held by my wife, who is 5'2" and 50 kg. If someone of her strength is too powerful to hold the mattress by the handle then who are they made for? Only small children? What a disgraceful company.

In further reviewing the photo provided to our team, we can confirm that the tear in the handle isn't a manufacturing defect but rather, a result of the way in which the item was used / handled - in other words, the handle may have teared on the corner if too much pressure and / or pull was applied while moving the mattress.

For this reason, the issue described isn't covered under warranty and therefore, we're unable to proceed with replacing your mattress for a new one.

That being said, in an effort to ensure your satisfaction, we provided you with two options to choose from to help resolve the issue at hand.
