Returned the Noa mattress for a refund…

Returned the Noa mattress for a refund under the 120 night free trial after 1 month use.. Returned 2 weeks ago today on 22/02/2023 and after many emails was told would take 7 business days to refund..yesterday (Tuesday) was told except refund to be processed by end of this week…then informed that once processed it will take a further 2-14 business days to receive our money back!!,.. with the following statement.. (the refund process is entirely dependent on your financial institution)…this sounds like an excuse in advance to me!..please bear this in mind if returning a mattress and expecting your money back quickly…will keep this post updated if and when we finally receive our refund

Kindly note that once a mattress has been successfully returned, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Once processed, the refund is effective immediately on our end. That being said, certain financial institutions require specific transactional processing delays, which are entirely separate from Noa Home, and outside of our control. It doesn't however mean that there will be additional delays to your refund - our team is simply letting you know that your financial institution may or may not process the refund immediately. We hope this helps clarify any misunderstanding.

Best Mattress

There is so many mattress in the market but I am glad that I chose NOA. The mattress is extremely comfortable and was promptly delivered after ordering.

Easy to order online. Love the mattress, well made and very comfortable. Good value for money. Good communication from Noa home and the delivery company, arrived within the time advised. Enjoying having a good sleep every night. Purchased Nov 2022.

Bought a Noa mattress and down pillow…

Bought a Noa mattress and down pillow (medium). Mattress was good, medium-firm softness (felt like 6-7 on scale of 10) and my child (4' female) loved it.

Down pillow wasn't so good and was uncomfortably soft and thin, didn't support my neck well (6' male) and I had to give it to my kids to avoid a stiff and pain neck. Sent customer service an enquiry about the pillow thickness specs but didn't get a confirmation as there wasn't a defined specs but only density (go calculate yourself) - not impressed and won't recommend the pillow to anyone.

We also ensure to provide detailed information regarding the pillows features and characteristics, most importantly the density measurement in gsm, which is standard for the bedding industry. This allows our customers to determine which density is best suited for them prior to placing their order.

Despite our best efforts to include as much information as possible on our website, we appreciate that firmness and density levels are experienced differently by our customers, and may vary based on user's weight, height, sleeping position and overall sleep preferences.

I purchased a king size luxe mattress…

I purchased a king size luxe mattress and cream Osaka bed. The fabric used to upholster the bed is definitely not cream, it’s light grey which is very disappointing. The customer service is not helpful, they did not offer me to solutions to rectify the situation. Now

Kindly note that we currently offer free fabric swatches to all of our customers, to ensure they're fully content with the colour and fabric used on our upholstered products. We're truly sorry if you didn't order a set prior to placing your order with us.

Similarly to most online retailers, we're unable to guarantee that the monitor used while shopping on our website will portray the colours of our products accurately, as variances may exist between different display monitors and / or devices. Additionally, the colour of any of our products may vary depending on the type and amount of lighting it's exposed to in the customer's home.

I will not recommended any of their…

I will not recommended any of their products. Clearly they only entertain customers who can help with advertising. We ordered the flow sofa and they sent me a broken one. We reached out to their customer service and it's like talking to a wall and not giving any solution. It's been 4 davs now and no help from their customer service. Just taking money from consumers and then leave us with no help after sales!!!

Just now I left a comment to their Instagram and got deleted to hide the negative reviews!!! Terrible service!!!

Update 23rd Feb: @Noa why do you expect that I’m satisfied and happy? Your customer service Cristina and Thyna are useless! They both insisted to keep the sofa and just replace the broken leg! The quality has been compromised and Cristina even asked me to install the broken leg myself!! We bought a furniture that supposed to be hassle free but gave us an additional job and headaches!!! Highly NOT recommended!

LOVE my NOA Home Bed

Took a leap and ordered my bed online with NOA Home based on large part due to wonderful reviews and I have to say I’m not disappointed. Love the style and durability of the bed and found it pretty straightforward to assemble in fact I did it myself.
The only reason for a 4 star rather than 5 star review is the length of time it took to get to me and I do take into consideration supply chain issues and time of year( - it was just before Christmas, but I wish I had known it would arrive further outside the window they had given of 10 business days. I still would have ordered I just wouldn’t have been constantly anticipating.
Having said that I am very pleased with the bed itself and for see enjoying it for many years to come!

Excellence and Substainably Crafted for Beauty Sleep

Product quality is excellence and beautifully designed. The entire process was substainably considered and environmentally friendly. My smartphone sleep score had improved from 49 to (65 to 80); over the last few months; and I am happy with the mattress performance. No more stiff back or awkward lumbar spasm. Recommended for entry user.

5 stars all the way. We have eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner here today and have not been disappointed. The staff are attentive, the food is the best I have eaten in a long time and the the drinks are spot on!! Try the steak, it's excellent.

Tout a mal commencé et lorsque nos meubles sont finalement arrivés, une partie n'était pas de la couleur que nous avions commandée, nous les avons immédiatement contactés et ils ont dit que c'était l'entreprise de transport, ce qui n'était pas vrai, nous avons dû attendre deux semaines de plus pour recevoir l'autre partie alors que l'erreur était la leur.

Les cinq étoiles sur leur site web sont fausses, il suffit de faire une recherche plus approfondie pour se rendre compte que c'est de la mauvaise publicité.

Our fabric swatches are delivered at no charge via standard mail. As such, they don't have tracking details and may take longer than expected to arrive if there are delays within the local mail delivery service. That being said, you should have received them within 5-10 business days from ordering them.

3 seater Pacific Modular .

Ordered my sofa late January and was told the delivery company would email me end of Jan with a delivery slot, when that came and passed i got a bit spooked and looked at the reviews on Trustpilot which did nothing to ease my fears. Emailed Christine who apologised for the delay and offered a £50 discount and i told her i would wait until mid Feb and if i didnt hear i would cancel. 15th Feb received an email from the delivery company and this morning had my sofa delivered, material looks a lot better irf and it clips together with ease, very light so moving it around was no prob. Have to say its very unusual to be able to go from ordering a sofa to delivery in 3 weeks and i feel a lot of the complaints on here could be addressed by extending the delivery time on the web site and not over promising, will def order from Noah again and big shout out to Christine.

Great quality and price point

I ordered a NOA King mattress and have been sleeping in it for 3 months - it has been amazing and comfortable, great especially at that price point. It is a quality mattress and I'm glad I chose to order from NOA.

Horrible customer service and delivery…

Horrible customer service and delivery team! When I ordered, it shows that delivery is within a few days and it turned out to be a backorder when I follow up on my delivery date. Finally, the delivery team contacted me for delivery with specific time frame. Delivery team didn't show up, I contacted the customer service who is not helpful. She kept saying there is nothing she can do as the delivery team is 3rd party and I should wait after 6pm if they didn't show up. I waited til 7 before I went out. At 8pm, an Indian man who can't proper English said he wants to deliver my sofa and if I am not at home, he will leave it below my flat! I told him to leave it at his own expense as I did not accept the delivery. After all the back and forth with the customer service which they promise to investigate the failure of delivery result in telling me it's my fault for not accepting the delivery. And hence, they will charge me cancellation fee for not accepting the delivery???!!! Never buy from such horrible company. I feel scamed!
