Terrible customer service
Nine days past my selected delivery date and still waiting. No reply from my emails or the site chat box. Only glad I paid with Paypal so I can at least get my money back.

Hi Raymond,
Thanks for reaching out to us. I just had a quick look at the order and it seems like this was dispatched in time but it seems like the item not got delivered due to ‘bad weather’ (the storm 1 1/2 weeks ago delayed some parcels with DPD and Evrii). However, it seems Evrii never tried to re-deliver the parcel afterwards and it got stuck in their depot.
I can see our team responded to your emails and messages but maybe those landed in your spam folder? They were asking how you would like to proceed and offered two options:
1. A full refund
2. We dispatch a 2nd parcel with an express delivery option.
However, as they haven’t heard back from you I reckon they assumed the parcel made its way to you in the end. Our team will reach out via email (a separate email address just to make sure it doesn’t land in spam) and also give you a quick call.
I do apologise for the confusion here and it seems to be a rather unfortunate chain of coincidents.
Rest assured, our team will work with you to resolve the situation asap and make sure you get your amazing Starter Kit 🙌

Overall good experience. A little disappointed with packaging.
The upside. Website easy to navigate for order. Extremely quick delivery.
The downside for me was that I ordered a set of Pastel Colour Paint and a set of Primary Colour paint. One set came in a presentation pack which I expected. The other set was wrapped in a brown paper bag, which I didn't expect. As it was a gift it lacked a little in presentation.

PS. At the noah team: can I re-order for some more liquid and powder? Still have heaps of pigments and, of course, the moulds but after making 8 coasters I run out of powered/liquid… but I still got a few colours combos and techniques I want to try 😅

The cooking spatulas and turners are…
The cooking spatulas and turners are extremely substandard. They melt while cooking if it comes in direct contact with hot cooking utensils and, already the handles are coming off (within less than 5 days of using). Very disappointing.
