Keine Ware und keine Antwort.
Ich habe meine Ware nicht geliefert bekommen. Auch auf mehrfaches Nachfragen gibt es keine Reaktion. Und auch die Rückabwicklung das ich mein Geld zurückbekomme läuft nicht. Ich kann jeden nur warnen zu bestellen. Auch wenn ich hoffe das es sich im einen traurigen Einzelfall handelt.

Danke für deine Nachricht. Wir haben deine Nachrichten erhalten und via email geantwortet. Eventuell sind diese im Spam gelandet? Wir sind gerade erst in Deutschland durchgestartet und leider landen einige emails noch häufig im Spam 😪
Die Bestellung scheint geliefert worden zu sein, aber an diese falsche Adresse. Wir haben einen Case mit GLS geöffnet aber noch keine Antwort erhalten.
Was wir hier offerieren können hier ist die Bestellung noch einmal zu schicken mit einem Express Versand und die sollte dann ganz flott bei dir ankommen. Ich werde dir noch einmal eine email senden mit den informationen. Wenn du da antworten könntest wäre dies fantatsisch.
Falls du die Starter Sets nicht mehr möchtest, dann werden wir natürlich die volle Summe zurückerstattet.

Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback.
Having checked your tracking, I can see that your parcel has not yet been delivered. Evri stated they could not deliver this on Sunday the 4th, and will thus try again this week. I will contact them to get a further update and get back to you via email.
I am unsure where the confusion over delivery has come from, but please rest assured that your parcel has not been delivered to the incorrect address, and you should receive it this week. As mentioned, I will follow up with Evri and get in touch with you.
