I ordered from Noble Gemstones at the end of December and was looking forward to receiving my stone. I paid £200 and have not received the item. I've reached out numerous times to be told there was an issue with the post but the tracking says nothing has been received at the couriers end.

Avoid this company at all costs.

I was warned it would take 1-2 weeks for my order to ship, which is a little much, but fine. I'm 3 weeks later and have yet to hear any follow ups on my order.

I make a order 9 days ago, they say will ship to me 10-12 days. Yesterday I contacted them via email, still no response from them. Now when I read hear all posts. I see I need to wait a little bit more. I try to connect them over website chat, but still no response there. When I get my stones, then can discuss quality. I hope to be soon. Then will write again :)

Total scam. Bait and swapped me after the purchase was made. Said the replacement option was unacceptable. Was then shown a better stone which I agreed on and then did not get what was promised.

I have not received my purchase and did not get a response from the email I sent asking about my purchase

It does take time to receive orders but my patience is rewarded. I received my order of sunshine citrines today and the quality was very good and matched the picture on the web. I have been ordering from this vendor for over a year and will order again.

I ordered and paid 2 Ametrin roughs, but I never received them.

What I received is not the same as what was pictured and the gems are severely internally flawed. A very fancy website, but they will not send what you ordered.

I got the product and it looks great. I waited for three weeks. It was also from Pakistan. I probably would not of purchased it knowing where it was coming from

I would like to say that buying gemstones from your company is very easy. However what I do find a problem in is the fact that you can’t really track your product to see where it may be. I am stating this as I have yet to receive any of the gemstones of which I have purchased.

The stone I received was exactly as pictured- we are very pleased and impressed!

Order placed on Nov 23 2023 hasn't shipped... it's Dec 26th 2023.
Bought 4.90 Carats Faceted Semi-Precious Golden Citrine, and they told me it shipped 13 days ago and still USPS still hasn't received the stone. This has to be fraudulent company, I will be reporting to FBI and BBB.

I purchased 3 London Blue Topaz and 30g of Hessonite Garnet all rated Facet Rough on the site, I did not receive the same rough pictured in size or weight as described and shown later to be sold. the Topaz looks nothing like the purchase pictures and looks to be tabled on one side and not rounded like the rough pictures, all where packaged in one bag instead of individual and weighed 1.3g less than the three individual pieces where sold as.

Great transaction. I am thrilled with their products and service.

didnt get back to me for certificate of authentication...

asking for a survey on a order that hasnt even been shipped yet...

still no "sort by % off" on website for sales / deals....

I'm still waiting for the arrival of the parcels relevant to the orders 1037 and 1038. As I'll receive the parcels I'll update the relevant review.
