WORST MOVING COMPANY!!!!!
THEY STOLE EVERYTHING I HAD WHEN I TRIED TO MOVE!
I contacted them in May to move for grad school. I paid and they picked up my items and then I NEVER got them. Costumer Service simply says they will contact me with updates and that is a complete lie. They never call back. The movers are rude and they are thieves.

All these positive reviews are fake. Noble pays a company 20'000 a month to wash their scam online. They take your money then hire thieves (F rating) carriers to move your stuff. We only had 6 of 20 boxes get to our destination, all my boxes were opened and tossed. My wifes jewelry, purses and my electronics were gone. They are evasive. I had to file a police report and contact the Transportation Authority and the BBB. I also had to file claims in New Jersey (where they are located), Az. (pickup) and Ca. (where carrier is located). We have no bed, family pictures, priceless jewelry, shoes...anything. It please avoid them. Now I have to file small claims. Countless hours, knowing I will not get my stuff back and just seeking justice.

ZERO stars. The company is the biggest scam. The movers showed up, visually scanned my items and determined I had 1000 cubic ft more then my contracted price of 937 cubic ft... then wrote an estimate for 2000 cubic ft. He didn't measure anything.. just decided by looking at items. We had even removed items from our contracted items. They wanted 10,000 more then the 7,000 I had contracted. I questioned the movers and the office staff how they could have estimated that poorly. The mover said my items were over sized, which they are not. We argued about the pricing and they left. The office made them come back. I asked them to measure the truck and determine 937 cubic feet so we could fill up to our contracted amount and figure out the rest if needed. The mover took off a 2nd time, when I went back into the house for a minute. Meanwhile, after 3 hours on the phone with customer service, I had obtained the cubic estimated measurement of every item on the list . We painstakingly went item by item and measured out everything, documenting each measurement with photo and video. In the end i had a full side by side comparison of the contracted cubic feet and the actual cubic feet... and I added 3 items as well. The contracted cubic feet 937.. the actual 925... we were UNDER! They tried to over charge me 1,063 more at $6 per cubic ft. The measurements couldn't be disputed. I submitted all documentation, including photos and video. They came back to me saying I refused services, the movers were not coming back and I forfeited my 3,000 deposit. I was stuck having to find new movers in 1 day. I managed to find excellent ones.. who moved me for 925 cubic feet, which was the actual measurements. Nobel movers hurts people in their scammy processes. I'm taking legal action against the company and reporting them to every agency that will affect their licensing .

What did Noble Moving and Storage change their name? This review site use to be for Noble Moving and Storage, but suddenly there is a name change???? Why? This company (or many companies) is a scam. Please do not use them.

this is the worst moving company ever. a complete scam. every 5 star review on here is most definitely fake. they lie about prices, refuse to answer their emails even though they tell you to email the customer service line, the customer service phone number literally tells you it is likely a scam before it continues to ring, the customer service representatives refuse to give any real update and just claim they are talking to dispatch, the customer service representatives will also hang up on customers repeatedly, and the list goes on. they originally tell you 7-10 business days and then when your stuff doesnt arrive within that window they then inform you that they have 30 business days. however, they try to claim that 30 business days is not a guarantee. however since it is written in a contract it is a LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT, thus meaning it is A GUARANTEE. i have been waiting for over a month and a half for my belongings and they still have yet to give me one update on where it is or when it will get to me. do not ever use this company! it is the biggest waste of time and waste of money i have ever experienced. the company should be reported to the BBB and ultimately shut down for the way it is continuously scamming customers.

I think it's hilarious that this company is obviously posting fake 5 start reviews. I would rank it -1,000,000 stars. Like the other 1 star reviews the story is the same
1. Customer service representative lie to you about everything. They are brokers. You give a deposit and it's refundable if you don't go with them.. it is not refundable.
2. They told us the first to move was 11,000 and when we said no, they drop it down 4700 so we think we're getting a deal.
3. They under quoted our cubic feet from the start. Even after you talk to the guy that calls you to verify your belongs who then quotes you more cubic feet and you then owe more money that day is a scammer.
4. On the day they come pick up your stuff they show up in a random moving truck..because again they are brokers and we didn't have enough cubic feet and they demanded even more money.. but also still give you a "discount" on the feet..they got you.. half your stuff is already in the truck, you need to be out of your place so you pay it. And they demand you tip them. You give your date for drop off when you first talk to the representative and they don't tell you that date doesn't mean anything.

So like most other reviews our things we're not delivered on our date and the representatives when you call can't tell you anything on where you're things are. I cried so hard because it's your whole life just gone. Not knowing if you'll ever see it again. We had to drive a uhaul as well since they couldn't fit all our stuff in the truck so then God we had our mattress otherwise we would have slept on the floor. And of course the uhaul was another cost we had to pay for on our own. We had to go out and by things since we didn't have anything and not knowing when we ever will receive or stuff.
I can't believe 3 day's later we got our stuff.. it arrived in a different truck and different movers who came in and demanded a 400 tip before unloading. My husband lost his mind and said he only had 300 take it or leave it.. he took it and we even helped unload it just to get them out of here.

This move was quoted 4,700 and we ended up paying them 11,000. They are lying, scamming low lifes from everyone we spoke with on the phone to the scamming moving guys. Please don't get scammed like we did.

I recently moved from West Virginia to Arizona. booking was great and quote seemed reasonable. The Movers were 6 hours late (they had scheduled the pick up time themselves for 11, but came at 5:30). when they got there they told me I was the only job that day and they were late because they were sleeping. On arrival to Arizona the mover explained that there was an extra charge for having to carry the stuff a long way (75 feet is included, but after that is $350 extra). I explained to him that from the moving truck to my door was significantly less than that (30 feet at the most). He said he wouldnt unload until I paid. Called the company and they said there was nothing they could do if he said it was more than 75 feet then I had to pay. Ended up paying because he was saying he would charge me more if I made him wait longer. Additionally, multple items were lost in the move. I would never use this company again and would strongly advise that no one else does either.

We trusted Noble Moving and Storage to deliver our belongings from North Carolina to Colorado, and they lost everything. They picked up our items on June 15, with an expected delivery around June 25. We are now in July, and nothing has arrived.

Before going silent, they wasted our time by transferring us from person to person, giving excuses, and making empty promises. Now they claim they “cannot locate our order,” which either means they have no clue where our shipment is or they stole it outright.

They are disorganized, unresponsive, and completely unprofessional. We gave them payment, clear instructions, and dates, and in return, we have no belongings, no updates, and zero accountability. Its clear to us that we are dealing with a scam operation.

If you care about your money, your sanity, or your possessions, do not trust Noble Moving and Storage with anything. Their so-called “service” will leave you stressed, financially harmed, and potentially robbed of your belongings and memories.

This company is a scam. I was guaranteed my belongings would be delivered by a certain date and signed paperwork stating such. Because of the guarantee, I added my work equipment to the shipping inventory. Now they are telling me it could be up to a month to receive my possessions.
I have been requesting to speak with a supervisor for days and am always told they are busy with high volume of calls.
When I tell them I'll wait in the line for a supervisor, they hang up. Customer service is really bad. I will next be reporting to the BBB because this company is a scam.

Much like the other reviews, Noble moving and storage gave us a 5k quote, only to charge more than 8k the same day. There was no option to pay later, and we were told that we would need to pay an additional 1k the day they dropped off our stuff. This company is a scam, and we will not be using them again. It's easier to rent a u-haul and move yourself.

Quoted my friend one price, then the next day changed it. Renegotiated the price after they agreed to remove nearly 50% of the possessions, and the change the price to over 3 times the original asking price the day of the job. If that isn't a bait and switch I don't know what is.

Garbage company. Tried to scam me into buying an extra 700 cf. broke 9 items. Go somewhere else.

Absolutely trash compay. Completely ripped off my friend and refused to give back the deposit. DO NOT USE THEM!!

Wish I could give this zero stars. Do not go with this company! They will more than double their quote when they show up because they know you’re in a bind. Absolute scam of a company.

This company is a scam. I highly suggest not even bothering, they will rob you of a deposit and try to charge you 10x the originally quoted amount the day of.

Do not hire these guys! They scammed a friend of mine, said it would be 4.2k (in writing) showed up and now saying it's 15k, they're will be a lawsuit coming they're way! They also said they were veteran owned and support the vets, come to find out this is also a lie! Do not trust these people.

How do you give a quote of $4k , then last minute upcharge more then 100% to $12k . Would never use this company, nor recommend them. They claim to be veteran friendly but In actuality target the veteran/military personnel as they just see them as $ signs. There are plenty of other moving companies out there who are not shady and provide honest work at a respectable price, what’s worse is they refuse to give the deductible back and cancel the move altogether as they are feigning for a payday.

This company is a joke. Maybe don't scam your clients/customers and increases the profits when you already guaranteed a certain price?? Going from 4k to 15k is WILD. Don't trust these people. They WILL scam you. It's horrible how can they real you into a lie like this. Don't go through these guys unless you wanna get scammed.

An absolute scam. They fed me this nonsense about veteran owned and operated. Promised me the total wouldn’t exceed 4k. A week later it went to 7.5k, the upon arrival the movers quoted me 15.5k. The 3100 deposit is non refundable, no one would even listen to the issue or try to help. Now I’m 1 day away from all of my utilities being turned off and having to figure out my cross country move. Also if you happen to cuss on the phone with their company it automatically drops the call? Seems like they have issues and they try to leave fake 5 star reviews to cancel out the bad.
