Our small double bed and comfortable mattress are exactly what we wanted and we are particularly grateful to Damian who carried it all up a very steep path and lots of awkward stairs to our loft room. He kindly put the bed together for us and was helpful in every way. Would highly recommend this company for the quality of their products - the bed looks really solid and attractive - and their excellent customer service. Thank you

The bed looks great. It arrived flat-packed in three parts so I was able to carry it into my flat by myself. It was easy to assemble. The order and delivery process was smooth.

Great company - highly recommend
We bought an absolutely beautiful bed from this company. It's stunning; really good quality at a reasonable price. The customer service is second to none - we were able to bring our delivery forward by two weeks. Delivery service was also perfect.
The only complaint is that the instructions for the bed were unclear and confusing. Once we had sorted them out, it was simple to build the bed.
All in all, highly recommend

Reasonable price for a solid bed frame
Reasonable price for a solid bed frame. 100% solid for all components. The bed slats are strong and sturdy. There are 4 strong supportive legs, NOT one. Very happy.

Amazing customer service
We've had a Nodax bed for over 5 years and it is still in excellent condition. We recently moved house and unfortunately lost two of the bed's supporting legs during the move. We contacted Nodax to ask whether they sold spare parts and they generously sent us new supporting legs completely free of charge and within two days. This is truly brilliant customer service and has saved us from having to buy a whole new bed. Thank you so much!

Highly recommended
Great service and free delivery to Cornwall on a date of our choosing. So convenient.
Haven't tried the bed yet but it looks great in the photos of our holiday lodge.

Brilliant product & service
I would not hesitate to recommend this company. The product and customer service were nothing short of impeccable. I love the bed it is sturdy and well made. We were offered a free assembly which we accepted and Damian worked hard taking all packaging with him.

I spoke to Damian before putting the order in to see if the bed could be assembled by the company - it could. They even said they would put the new mattress on it (and that had been bought elsewhere). I asked for a set time on a particular day and I got it (8am). Indeed they were there on time. I got photos of the assembled bed and the old bed was taken outside. They packed away all packaging - including that of the mattress - into their car. Initially this company was not going to remove the old bed as they didn't use a van but I was let down by the waste removal company I had arranged and Damian said they could fit in it the car. We agreed a price and everything was taken away. I was sent a photo of the old bed and mattress in the skip at the recycling centre so I did not have to worry about fly-tipping. I must say it was a hassle-free experience and they went above and beyond to help out. I fully recommend them.
