Decent Product, Bad Support

Ordered on the 12th of july with express delivery, package took half a week to be marked as damaged. And then support took another 3 weeks to send out a replacement. They only sent it out after i threatened to call my bank and get a refund through them

I tried to return my watch

I tried to return my watch, it instructs on the website to write an email. I’ve written 3 emails to the email provided and haven’t received any response.

Hi Ksenia,

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and I am sorry to hear that you are not happy that we have not responded to your emails.

The issue raised is very concerning but having looked in to this we did respond to your email informing you to return your watch to our returns address and upon receiving the product we will refund you but we did not hear back from you.

We respond to all of our messages within 1 hour from 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday. We don’t offer free returns or have a way of you arranging a collection for free via a courier.

I can see that you did indeed return your unwanted item which we refunded you for straight away - we currently offer Free UK Delivery (usually Next Day) on all items no matter the value and feel this is a great offer to the customer, which unfortunately means we cannot offer free returns as well.

Love the watch and so easy to buy

What a lovely site to browse,so simple just choose the item of choice and add to basket. The rest is simple, make a payment. You are immediately sent a confirmation email thanking you for your order. item is delivered next day by courier. Couldn't be easier, I chose a beautiful watch, the product is as described. I love my watch and the service I have received. All at a reasonable cost. I would use this site again and gladly recommend to friends and family.
