Reached out to customer service following an issue with my Amazon order, got a very quick response and lots of support in getting the issue resolved. The team understood that contacting and speaking to someone within Amazon is tricky and they were happy to help and got my issue resolved quickly.

Bought the spectrum pole lights. The app doesn’t work on my phone so had to download to my iPad, that’s when you discover that despite having numerous multi functions of coloured lights you can’t get static coloured lights which is why I got them, you can have static white lights but that’s wasn’t what I wanted.
The instructions on building it weren’t very clear, nothing to say how to use the Bluetooth plugs, you get two of these which both do the same thing.
Given the amount of money these cost, £90, I feel they are a waste of money.
I did contact Noma but have still not heard from them.

Bought 2x sets of lights from them and one set doesn’t work. Contacted them twice last week and no reply 3-5 working days it’s been over a week now still nothing. Don’t order from here customer service is awful

Good quality lights, unfortunately mine stopped working however contacted Noma customer service and they were exceptional! very polite and friendly and resolved my issue with ease. Thank you very much.

Great little ghost light, just in time for Halloween. Liked the design and delivery was very quick - faster than their website said it would be.
Would be great if they also sold batteries.

Ordered two sets of lights on 16/12/2024 and my ordered was confirmed, then heard nothing until I contacted them after Christmas asking them where my order was as I was still waiting for it to arrive. I was offered a refund which could take up to 5 working days to arrive in my account. Very poor service and poor communication, the products look good in the online photos but unfortunately I've no idea what they look like in reality. Still waiting for the refund to appear in my account too!!

I've been using Noma lights for years, and can't usually fault their products, website, ordering process, or delivery. They're one of the few companies who still sell traditional fairy lights, which is what brought me to them again recently, so I was really disappointed that the Alderbrook 100 Mini Lights, when unwrapped, were actually a circle rather than a string, meaning that they couldn't be wrapped around a tree or stretched out along a length, and their usable length is only half their advertised length as a result. The website does say that they are "made of a loop construction", but I didn't know what that meant - I just thought that the cable was double-twisted, as with other lights I've bought from them in the past. The website says that they have a "1.5m lead length", and the box says that the length is 7.92m - confusing! Neither the 'Product Information' nor the 'Additional Information' on the product's webpage gives any more details about the length of the lit area.
I decided not to send these back, and gave them to my local charity shop instead.
I would also have preferred to send this review direct to Noma, but couldn't find a way to do so on their website - for that, Noma, I apologise.
