Never again
Never again. Purchased Wool Balls on their online shop. Still waiting for delivery. No communication at all from Nontre as to what is happening with my order - no email regarding dispatch. Still waiting to receive it. Not impressed with this seller. Order status is showing as 'unfulfilled' - so I have no idea when I will receive my order.

Hi Christine, we understand your frustration and we apologise for any inconveniences cause. However, as we have made it very clear on our website and product page, you have pre ordered our wool balls. This means, we can only ship out the product once we have it in stock. The reason we have done this is because we don't want any of our customers to miss out on buying our wool balls just because we don't have it in stock. The downside is that it will just be shipped at a later date, which has been made clear. Our support team is always ready to answer your questions or queries, so please contact us directly at support@nontre.co . We will get your order to you as soon as we have stock. Please also keep in mind our regular dispatch times are 2-3 days, however under this circumstance, it has taken longer.

Just wanted to let you know though that my 5 packs of dryer balls and 5 fragrances all arrived in squashed and empty boxes and a bag full of balls and oils bouncing around again ( Christmas presents that now don’t look so festive!!) Maybe protective packaging in the future! Love the product though.

Smells good
It smells lovely and has been good for hand washing. I wish the smell lasted longer. Clothes are nice and soft

Beautiful products
Such a beautiful product, the fragrance is just amazing, softens the clothes beautifully and lasts so well. Oh and looks so good in my laundry. The wool balls are amazing in the dryer and the oil is just beautiful. Makes my whole home and clothes smell and feel like heaven. The best product. 🥰

I love my wool dryer balls
I love my wool dryer balls. They arrived quickly, they are soft and make my clothes feel soft also. I added some natural oils and this last for several dries. Highly recommend and love that they are Australian made.
