I am wanting to return an item but the phone no. on the website is "not known " and they do not answer emails. I guess I'm just out of pocket and will have to accept it. 0 stars for customer service. Edit: so now I've received an offer of "another product". I just want to return the item and obtain a refund. Please make it easier. Trust pilot thinks im reviewing the wrong company. I assure you I'm not! I AM STILL WAITING for info on how to return. Having checked further into the company name, it appears that they are owned by a Dutch website design company. Norelie appears to be a scam. If I ever get satisfaction from them, I will update my review. 2nd Edit. After a lot of stressful emails I have now received a refund, but they still won't tell me where to return the item to. Very strange. Why are they hiding their address? Anyway, I've added another star because they turned out not to be scammers, just very difficult to deal with.

I received my Therapy wand yesterday (20/07/2025)
I used it yesterday for about 20 minutes. I can not tell whether it works or not. i noticed that the print on the buttons got erased. Quite dissapointing that the buttons are blank now. That made me doubt if it's any good. I tried to call the number on your website only to hear that the number you are calling doesn't exist. You are unreachable.
What do you have to say that your product must be of poor quality for the printing on the buttons to get erased.

My 2 rating is because of how Package arrived just all products in a bag wrap with tap!!! Makes me very curious about the product now,, I guess they are in need to save money because they aren't making money,, Couldn't afford to package things in a Box to prevent breakage-smashed etc... very upset most likely going to send back,,,

Alles in allem zufrieden
Die Lieferung kam sehr spät, obwohl ich expressversand buchte.Der Betrag wurde mir gutgeschrieben +. Auch die anderen Fragen++ die ich hatte( wie eine deutsche Anleitung) liefen zuerst über KI- wurden dann aber zuverlässig und persönlich beantwortet+++. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.Zum Behandlungserfolg kann ich noch nichts sagen.

I have read about red light therapy and learned that it does help some folks. I used the equipment per the instructions. I didn’t get any improvement. I called Norelie to make sure that I using the equipment correctly to gain optimum improvement. They were very helpful and took the time to answer my questions and help me. Unfortunately I am one of the people that it didn’t work on. I’m glad I tried it I returned it to Norelie and they assured me that I would be refunded my cost. Thank you Norelie for letting me try it. Hoping it helps many others.

Items arrived crushed
Ordered the RedRevive May 24. Received it June 12. The items were shipped in a thin bubble envelope instead of being packaged in a box. The contents were crushed in shipping. I don't trust they are safe to use. At this point, not interested in experimenting with a replacement. Emailed support and requested a full refund per their 90-day free trial.
Update: Seller's response below matches an email I received. Adding a star because seller provided a full refund, and they did not require me to ship back the crushed products. I am still not convinced this is a legitimate company or product.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem RedRivive! Ich leide seit 52 Jahren aufgrund eines Unfalls an einem Leistenbruch/Nackenschmerzen/Kopfschmerzen. Vor zwei Tagen hatte ich starke Nackenschmerzen und konnte meinen Kopf nur unter starken Schmerzen vorsichtig bewegen. Deshalb habe ich meinen Nacken und meine Schultern zwei Tage lang intensiv mit dem RedRivive behandelt, und die starken Schmerzen haben um 85 % abgenommen. Das ist eine enorme Erleichterung. Das RedRivive funktioniert außerdem unglaublich einfach und liegt gut in der Hand, ist aber mit dem Ständer auch angenehm zu bedienen. Ich empfehle diesen RedRivive-Therapiestab jedem mit starken Schmerzen.

Polyneuropathie-Schmerz empfohlen, das ich sofort bestellt habe und sehr dankbar für diesen hilfreichen Tipp bin. - Als sich die Lieferung etwas verzögerte, bekam ich als "Trostpflaster" als zusätzliches Geschenk noch ein Fußmassage-Gerät, das ich ebenfalls wegen der guten Wirkung bei mir empfehle. - Bestellvorgang, paypal-Zahlung und Lieferung an meine DHL-Packstation waren bequem und unkompliziert. - Aber vor allem lobe ich den ausgezeichneten Service von norelie, außerordentlich hilfsbereit und rasche E-Mail-Beantwortung meiner Problemfragen. - Ich empfehle daher den shop "norelie" bezüglich Kontakt, Gesundheitsprodukte, problemlose Bestellung und Lieferung sowie prompte Service-Leistungen voll und ganz!

Ich bin alt und habe so verschiedene Wehwechen. Da kommt mir eine Firma wie Norelie wie gerufen.
Meine Polyneuropathie in den Beinen hat sich schon gebessert, die Kniemassage tut mir auch gut.
Abwicklung von Bestellung über Lieferung bis zur Bezahlung ist problemlos.

The best treatment ever!…
Because of a very delayed delivery of a purchase, I was told that my purchase would be cancelled and that my payment would be refunded. After a number of days and no sign of a refund, I contacted Nicole at Norelie. She helped me tract the payment until it was finally deposited with my bank. Great product; great customer service
My husband and I have been using the RedRevive Wand for about 4 months and believe it's making a difference addressing a case of persistent toe fungus and areas of chronic inflammation.
We had a problem with the device recently and Ana, the customer service rep that I dealt with, was efficient, responsive to my concerns and resolved the problem quickly.

With my kind of work that requires 8.5 hrs standing, gives pain to both legs at night. But wearing the Norelie sacks gives me relief from pain at night. I highly recommend recommend this product to those working like me. Aside from a friendly staff who are 24 hours around ready to assist for inquiries.
