Lovely Lutyens!
Received my bench and really pleased. Took a bit longer to arrive than anticipated but worth the wait. Helpful delivery guy and Tory was very helpful when I had to call to check delivery dates. Strong wooden bench went for the heavy duty 3 seater Lutyens. Make sure you line up the stickers a to a bto b etc as this wasn't clear on the instructions.

Non delivery of included cushions
Chairs were delivered without the included cushions. Despite speaking to the company on many occasions the cushions have still not been received over four weeks later. Attitude from company each time I’ve called has shown a complete lack of concern and any genuine interest in the situation and I have never felt they would actually do as they said and send the cushions to me, which to date they have not. I’m about to dispute the payment with my bank as a final resort

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service & Beautiful Teak Garden Furniture
We recently bought the Kensington Heavy Duty Teak Wood 6-Seater Outdoor Dining Set online from Norfolk Designer Gardens Ltd, and we’re absolutely delighted with both the furniture and the service we received.
After ordering online, we called and spoke to Tory about delivery schedules. He was extremely helpful and suggested their installation and more personal delivery service, which we’re so glad we chose.
Communication throughout was excellent, with regular updates by email and text. Darren, our driver and installer, contacted us the day before delivery and again when he was about an hour away.
On arrival, Darren delivered the furniture directly into our back garden, carefully assembled everything and even dressed the dining set ready for us to use. He was polite, prompt, skilled and very knowledgeable. He also took the time to recommend the best products for preserving and looking after the teak, as well as suitable covers for protecting the furniture when we pack it away after the summer.
The Kensington set itself is beautiful, solid and extremely well made, and looks fantastic in our garden.
Thank you to Tory, Darren and everyone at Norfolk Designer Gardens for such friendly, professional and personal service. We love our new garden dining set and would happily recommend you!

Poor, unresponsive customer service, nice table
Table is very nice, but despite countless efforts both via email and on social media they failed to send or even give me details of the missing seat cushion. Having paid over £1.000 for the product I would expect more responsive customer service. My suggestion would be to tone down your marketing spend and up your customer service spend. The product speaks for itself but the service really undermines it.

I waited a few weeks for my steamer…
I waited a few weeks for my steamer chair. Impossible to get through on the phone to ask about a possible delivery date. Phone number is unobtainable. No response to email. Eventually I got a call back. Pleased with the chair but the cushion very poor quality. Too thin and cheap material

Excellent experience buying from NDG
There's great range on offer with detailed descriptions and specs.Stock availability is clearly displayed as are expected delivery schedules. Prices are very competitive and in almost all cases better than competitors. I had to upgrade my order to 'express' due to a last minute travel committment and my request was processed very smoothly with my table and chairs set arriving the following day. I'm very impressed with the quality and looking forward to many years of use. Can definitely recommend Norfolk Designer Gardens.

My table and chairs were damaged upon…
My table and chairs were damaged upon delivery, despite emailing the same day with images of the damage, I received no communication, until I phoned 10 days later. It’s now been over three weeks and the only update I have been given is that a repair & or replacement at their earliest convenience. In a month’s time summer will be over!
Not what you’d expect when you’ve spent almost a £1000.
