Flawless design, came in a lovely box. Usually only buy 22k gold, so the 10k gold is a lot paler than what I would normally wear but this has exceeded expectations. Customer service were very responsive and solved an issue that was entirely my mistake. Already looking at other rings!

I had to exchange my ring for a bigger size, royal mail tracked it to have arrived back with them and it took them two weeks to finally agree it had been received and they would now prioritise my shipment. I was told it would be sent the end of that week, it was eventually sent the middle of the following week and I can't believe the actual state of what I've received. Chunks of metal missing out of the inside of the band and they are refusing a refund!!! So fed up with this company

Excellent transaction, I originally ordered incorrect size, I was able to return foc, ordered correct size, lovely vintage inspired ring with good luck clover symbols embedded with shiny stones. Stunning piece!!

Frustrated!! I made an order 2 weeks ago and have not heard anything from them about my order and when I can expect it to be delivered. What is going on??

Awful customer service and shipping process. The good reviews on here are so hard to believe.

I ordered a ring for a birthday, with an engraving. I was super specific about what I wanted and when the ring arrived, the engraving was completely wrong.

I contacted their customer service team to get it sorted out. They took so long to actually tell me the process of how to even return my item and expressly stated there is no chance for a refund

It has been 2 months and I have not received my replacement as Norm Jewels have not filled out my shipping information correctly on my returned ring. They have attempted to send my return via DHL two times, and it has been sent back to them two times because they have failed to fill out my correct shipping information.

I have attempted to contact them NUMEROUS TIMES basically begging them to just fill out the correct info, but alas, they are unable to even do that.

I have yet to receive my $500+ ring and have been assured there is no chance I will get a refund. This process has been so incredibly frustrating, not helped by the unresponsive customer service team.

Avoid if you’re buying outside the UK

Adore Norm Jewels:) I’ve bought multiple rings from here and the quality really shows. I have wore my rings everyday for around 2 years now and they still look brand new. Customer service is great, Lily was wonderfully helpful when I needed a return. I always recommend Norm Jewels to my family and friends because I truly love their jewelry.

Delivery took a lot longer than expected, emailed and was told the tracking would update in max 2 days, 2 days passed nothing, it updated after 5 so all in all think it took about 2 weeks to arrive
Item was nice, boxed up well, good price etc, however the issues started when I tried to return.
Email after email trying to get them to acknowledge the return, promised to be sent a returns label on that day and nothing came, having to try get hold of someone on multiple platforms because they stopped replying within 24 hours even though it’s their own SLA they set.
It’s been an absolute nightmare trying to make a return and for that reason I will never shop with them again and I’ll never recommend that anyone else does.
I guess it also goes to show why their Instagram comments are turned off probably so people don’t comment chasing orders or returns.
If I was you’d I’d avoid, many websites like norm jewels that offer FAR better customer service.
At the point of writing this I’ve still not been able to return the item.

I had a wonderful experience with Norm Jewels from start to finish. I purchased gold link chain bracelet which I’d had my eye on for a while and finally decided to take the plunge and I’m so glad I did. The items are all made to order so it wasn’t posted out immediately but the company kept me informed of my orders progress every step of the way. I reached out twice to ask questions via email and both times my email was responded to quickly and in the friendliest manner. I now have my bracelet and I cannot praise the quality of it enough, it is beautiful and perfectly sized, thanks to their tailored length selection.

Such a BAD experience with this brand. Ordered on the 3rd July and am still yet to receive my order. When speaking with customer service, they are either bots or the person replying is using chat-gpt to respond and you never get straight answers to your questions, like “why is it taking so long” or “why haven’t you shipped my package, when you said it was being shipped 3 days ago?” .
I also just kept going round in circles. I was told I’d receive a tracking number on the Monday as it had been shipped but when I chased on the Tuesday and Wednesday they told me there was a delay in shipping because the order didn’t pass quality check and is being remade?

So many times a similar situation happened, and I’m finally at my wits end and have cancelled my order.

This was for a very special occasion and has made the whole process very stressful and not enjoyable at all.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

I lost one of my favorite textured huggies and set out out find something similar. I found NormJewels and bought a really nice pair of textured 14K Gold Huggies for a fantastic price. they arrived nicely packaged and they are beautiful. the clasp is very tight so I won't lose these. Love my little gold textured huggie hoops. Match my clash very well.
