I simply could not recommend Donna enough!
This year I stupidly booked my own holiday after using donnas services for years and years. Long story short I got busy and overwhelmed with life (as you do) and I got my flight times wrong and ended up missing my flight. Sadly Jet2 cancelled my whole package holiday as per their policy if you don’t show for your flight and after begging and pleading with them they told me there was nothing more they could do. I contacted Donna to see if she could book us a new holiday as my children were so excited to go on holiday and by some miracle Donna managed to get our holiday back. Tears were shed and we got there in time to enjoy our family holiday. I will never ever book my own holiday ever again! the convenience and support you receive from Donna is second to none! she is fabulous! nothing is too big or too small she is just incredible. Thank you so much again Donna. You are wonderful!

Donna was absolutely amazing booking my 50th weekend away with my friends. We had issues with flight changes that may have taken time from our holiday but Donna took away all the stress by rearranging our flight times and checking in with everyone to make sure all was ok. If you’re looking at booking a holiday I could not recommend Donna enough!! She’s really professional and knowledgeable and you’ll definitely be in safe hands!! I would highly recommend booking with Northbound Travel. I recently went to ‘Domes of Corfu’ with my girlfriend and I had such a great time. I was unsure of where to go until one of the ladies recommended ‘Domes’ to me, both the ladies, Grace & Donna were extremely helpful when booking the holiday as it became stress free for my partner and I. We even struggled to come up with an itinerary which luckily Grace managed to put together a luxury itinerary for whilst we were on abroad, for example she recommended a boat trip to Paxos and Antipaxos which are little islands just off the south coast of Corfu, as well as the Gardens of the Achillean palace, she also managed to find a local golf club which was filled with warm and welcoming people. This had to be my best holiday so far as I just paid and the ladies took care of everything else, leaving me and my partner stress-free, I will be booking with Northbound Travel again and I would Highly recommend you do too.

Just returned home from a fabulous Girly Break in Beautiful Spain with 14 wonderful girls. Donna was excellent from start to finish and was very informative and helpful throughout our booking. The trip was just perfect and just what everyone wanted. The hotel recommended was fabulous for 3star and we would definitely stay again.

Just got back from a lovely girls weekend away organised by Donna, for our friends 50th birthday. Donna is a lovely kind attentive travel agent, who was completely helpful and supportive towards me and my multi faceted needs throughout the entire trip.
