Laura has been excellent, she organised a wonderful trip to the Maldives for me and my family. There was a lot of options on the table I was instantly swayed with travel redefined and Laura’s personal touch and customer service has been nothing short of impeccable. So
Glad we chose you for our exciting trip away. Thanks so much.

Laura was very helpful. Offered us her advice, which has gave us an amazing holiday to celebratd our 40th wedding anniversary.
Would highly recommend .

Every request is accommodated & full information delivered. Plenty of suggestions too. Also a very good deal with continuing care while away. Organiser has plenty of experience.

After booking previous holidays with Laura, I asked for her help with planning a Christmas trip to the Dominican Republic. As always, Laura was quick with ideas and suggestions. Once we booked, her support continued throughout the process with regular check-ins and helpful reminders for everything I needed ie. airline check-in, visas, and more.
The holiday was a perfect fit for our family, and we had the best time! Laura even checked in when we landed to make sure we were settled at the hotel. When it was time to return, she kept us updated on our flight so everything went smoothly.
I cannot recommend Laura enough, she takes everything into consideration and builds the perfect holiday. The customer service and peace of mind you receive are second to none! Thank you, Laura!

Me and the family went out to Dubai for Christmas 2025. What a great experience we have with Travel Redefined, they checked in consistently to ensure everything was going to plan. They organised everything from hotel parking, priority checking in, quality transfers and hotel recommendation. 5* service, they are our go to from now on!

Great! Laura took on board our needs and wants and found a holiday that exceeded our expectations. She looked after us from beginning to end and was always available for queries. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Fantastic experience from start to finish as always! We have used Laura to book our past 4 holidays.

Laura provides an excellent customer service as she always goes above and beyond, checking in with us before departure, during our stay, and after we return home.

Laura is always friendly, understandable, reliable, and always available to sort out any issues no matter what time!

Laura ALWAYS ensures that our holidays are perfect and that they are tailored to our needs.

Laura is also extremely attentive to our families needs. Our son is anaphylaxis to nuts and Laura always makes sure the airline & hotel are aware of his allergies! This is super helpful with any anxieties we have about traveling.

Highly recommend! We will never use anyone else!

We love you Laura!

We have had the pleasure of using Laura to book our last few holidays and each time it’s been as easy and stress free as possible. She will always ask what we have in mind but also make suggestions and offer options and alternatives. She has been brilliant at finding prices that we are happy with and in budget and will work hard to get the very best holidays for us. I will continue to recommend Laura to friends and family, her service is unmatched and is in another league completely to booking through a major tour operator.

We’ve booked several holidays through Laura, and each one has been nothing short of exceptional. From the very first conversation, it’s clear that Laura is not only incredibly knowledgeable about destinations and experiences, but also deeply committed to understanding what truly suits her clients.

She is proactive, forward-thinking, and always available—no matter the time or day. What sets her apart is her thoughtful, non-pushy approach. She never tries to sell a holiday for the sake of it; instead, she carefully curates options that are genuinely tailored to your preferences and lifestyle.

Thanks to Laura, we’ve enjoyed seamless, luxurious getaways that we would never have discovered on our own. Her attention to detail and personal touch make all the difference. We now recommend her to friends and colleagues without hesitation—and we would never consider using an online travel agency again.

If you’re looking for a travel expert who truly listens, cares, and delivers unforgettable experiences, Laura is the one.

We have used laura twice now, for many reasons. Laura listens to what we want and can afford then shows us ideas and gives us inspiration. This had led to holidays we would never have thought of and we have always had the most AMAZING experience.
Laura goes above and beyond before booking, during the lead up to the holiday, during the break and afterwards.
The whole experience is a breath of fresh air without any worries knowing that we have a fully experienced person supporting throughout. This includes any visas, excursions, checking in and all the other little bits that just make it so special.
We would highly recommend Traveldefined and do so regularly.
