Bought a Fiesta from Nathan. Very pleased with the service. Extremely helpful throughout the entire process with no pressure applied for a sale.

As a single mum buying a new car, I was nervous about the process. I was worried about pushy salesmanship, being ripped off, or feelings pressured, and it was the complete opposite. From start to finish Wayne at the Preston centre made it completely stress free. He was kind and honest, no pressure no nonsense and just someone who wanted to get you in the right car.

When I collected the car and noticed a chip in the windscreen upon returning home, I thought as I hadn’t noticed it I would have to deal with it myself but Wayne immediately stepped in and arranged for a technician to come and fix it. He has gone above and beyond even after driving away.

My daughter was looking to buy a car from hear but was surprised by her grandma with car so no longer required the car . Was proving very difficult to get deposit back until the lovely help of Ian he was amazing help and after his help received payment straight away credit to him .

The sales process was fine but the aftercare was disappointing. The car was supplied with no AdBlue and so fault lights came on the day after purchase. There was also a fault with the front linkage and brakes that we raised with them but no response, so we had to pay for that to get sorted and other advisories sorted. We asked for this to be refunded but got no response until we chased, and then they refused to pay for this, despite it being clear they were there at the point of sale.

We were also asked to leave a 5 star review as the sales person would get £5 for every review.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend

I strongly advise potential customers to think very carefully before purchasing a vehicle from this company.

The vehicle I purchased broke down on the very same day I took possession of it. This was completely unacceptable and caused significant inconvenience, stress, and disruption. As a result of the vehicle's condition, I had to return it.

Despite returning the vehicle, I am still struggling to recover my deposit. I have made repeated attempts to contact the company by telephone and email, but the level of communication and customer service has been extremely disappointing. Responses are either delayed, unclear, or not provided at all, and I have been left having to repeatedly chase the matter myself.

When purchasing a vehicle, customers should be able to expect a reliable vehicle and professional after-sales support. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite.

The way this matter has been handled has seriously damaged my confidence in the company. I would not recommend this company to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from them.

I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves both the quality of the vehicles being sold and, most importantly, the way customers are treated when problems arise.

We came to look around on Sunday 23rd Aug 26 .My Husband made this purchase with car sales exceutive Jay & we collected a Ford Focus that looked like a fiesta size ....It looks very sporty for 1 litre
engine ...My Husband showed this model to our son...He loved it ..The staff were very welcoming & took time to answer lots of questions I had...We are happy with it ..I drove away on Friday 28th Aug with it .😍...Thank you for your time & expertise . Johnpaul & Stacey Richmond .
