Top notch company
Top notch company who train thier staff exceptionally well. Abbie was amazing. Friendly but professional ,very patient, and really put me at ease. She made me feel as if I was her top priority and really wanted to help me.
Dealing with Abbie and Norwich trust reminded me of the good old days when people mattered.

Before people think its because i didnt…
Before people think its because i didnt get offered a loan and im being negative ... i got offered one. However 5 phone calls later..4 hours of wasted time.. being scrutinized for every spend on your accounts... asking for joint accounts when they have your credit file in front of them. I wouldnt bother unless you are desperate. You feel like a convict.

Apologies, we were unable to assist you in this instance.
Unfortunately, we are unable to identify you from the details you have provided, so I can only respond in general terms.
As a lender our assessment of an applicant’s financial position needs to evidence that the amount borrowed is affordable, now and for the duration of the loan. We request Open Banking data, as part of the process which provides a much broader view of an individual’s financial position, than the credit search. This can often display items of credit which are not visible via the initial search.
Throughout our customer journey (via automated communications and direct contact with staff), you should not be informed that your loan is approved (offered) until we have concluded all of the above checks and funds are ready to be released. It is not possible to confirm approval until this point.
