Fast delivery. Balm is very moisturising. My dog had a cracked nose and this balm really helped. All natural too. Happy.

The delivery was speedy.
Whilst the product is of good quality, I find it too thick and sticky to easily apply to my white cats ears and nose and after trying a few times have had to give up. Whilst I appreciate it needs to be lick proof, something similar to human suncream in consistency I feel would be much easier!

They refunded my money with no explanation of why my order could not be fulfilled.

Noseprint nose & pad balm is the best pad balm I have tried. I have a retired ex-racing greyhound who like most greyhounds, suffer from cracked pads but since using this product regularly, no longer seems to have cracked pads as they are now silky soft! I have been purchasing this product online from a third party on a popular platform. This time I decided to go direct to the manufacturer & I am pleased I did. I have received first class service and a great price. I will be a repeat purchaser direct from the manufacturer in future. I have already recommended this product to many pet owners & would have no hesitation in recommending this product for cracked pads.

My order was cancelled due to a item now listed as sold out, 4 days after I made the order.

No email explaining, no option for customer to change, no incentive to offer new customer so to keep new customer.

Customer gone elsewhere.

An order from Noseprint did not arrive due to the industrial action by royal mail. When I notified Noseprint of this issue, a lady called Agnese went the extra mile relating to customer service, and not only arranged for a new order to be shipped immediately, but also very kindly offered a discount off my next order. Apart from the excellent professionalism of the company, the high grade quality of the products is second to none.

Lovely treat boxes at great prices and fast delivery. I originally received one as a gift but will keep reordering. My dogs love them.

It's a new brand for me, but after checking on their IG, they seem like a brand that cares about dogs' and cats' well-being. So I decided to give it a go and got a dog treat box and hemp oil for my dog. My dog is adopted and it sometimes gets nervous for all sorts of reasons, I can see the visible result on that; yeah and he loves those treats. I think I would get them again soon!
