Been ordering from this site for almost 2 years and in the past few orders the quality dropped significantly. The clips and hoops cannot be clicked all the way and earring keep falling off. Too bad because I loved their jewelry but I’m just disappointed now. Very bad quality

Meine Rücksendung an Notbranded dauerte 8 Wochen, da das Paket zwischendurch als verloren galt.
Dennoch hat Notbranded ohne Umschweife die Rückerstattung durchgeführt. Ohne Aufforderung, einfach so. Das fand ich beeindruckend. Dankeschön!

So i received a package without a free item that was supposed to be included in my order. They shipped the new item without hesitation right away and made my query super straightforward!
The items are and look perfect, super stylish yet comfortable, you can sleep and swim in them and they still look intact. So so happy with this brand and discovery, it's the first time I don't have to give up style for comfort.

Update: Nach nur 4 Tagen ‚normalem‘ tragen (ohne Sport, Wasser, etc.) ist der Goldschmuck nun nicht mehr Gold, sondern silber. Wie man solchen Schmuck als hochwertig und wasserfest bezeichnen kann ist mir ein Rätsel. Dementsprechend wird von den ursprünglichen 2 Sternen noch einer abgezogen.

Positiv hervorheben will ich, dass die Website übersichtlich und die Bestellung problemlos und schnell funktioniert. Leider ist der Schmuck aber unfassbar billig hergestellt. Ich habe eine Kette und ein Armband bestellt und die beiden klappern wie Plastik. Ich weiß leider jetzt schon, dass die Dinger keinen Monat überleben werden, was ich schade finde denn auch für wenig Geld muss man kein Plastik verwenden. Sehr schade ist, dass der Schmuck auf der Website als hochwertig betitelt wird, dabei handelt es sich definitiv nicht um die Wahrheit…

Nice stuff.l bought the gold jewelry, two bracelets and two rings and earrings. I don't wear them in the bath,I noticed the gold is coming off and you can see the silver underneath.Plus earrings irritate my ears.
Wouldn't buy anymore jewellery from them, plus I find them a bit expensive for what it is.

Cela fait maintenant plusieurs années que je commande mes bijoux exclusivement sur notbranded et j'en suis que ravie ! Bon rapport qualité/prix mais surtout des bijoux en acier inoxydable !! Je peux porter mes boucles d'oreilles H24 sans qu'elles s'abîment et sans que j'ai des allergies. Cela fait plus d'un an que je porte certains bijoux et ils ont pas changé d'apparence depuis le jour où je les ai reçus. Seule une paire de boucles d'oreilles m'a lâchée après 2 ans à les porter non stop mais franchement c'est moindre. Livraison très très rapide, dernière commande passée samedi, envoyée le dimanche et reçue le jeudi. Franchement que du positif sur cette entreprise ! Bref, je recommande :D

Ho comprato degli orecchini con pendente in passato e devo dire che sono bellissimi, non si sono rovinati nonostante io li abbia indossati senza mai toglierli e ancora adesso, a distanza di un anno, non hanno fatto alcun difetto. Non posso dire lo stesso per un bracciale, che si è rotto dopo un mese, e di una collanina che mi è arrivata oggi, che a prima vista è molto carina, ma presenta un difetto che so già che farà sì che io la perda (è la collana che come pendente ha un cerchietto e il cerchietto non è perfettamente chiuso, così la maglia della collana potrebbe uscire dall' apertura). Nulla da dire riguardo la spedizione: ho ricevuto tutto dopo pochi giorni dall' ordine.

Once ordered, my jewellery was very fast delivered. Loved every piece. They are light and trendy.
However, one necklace broke after wearing it once. I e-mailed the customer service and within hours I received a replacement order saying it was not the quality they want to deliver :)

Best Customer Service. Had a problem with one of the rings i ordered because a stone got loose through delivery process. Super kind and very quick reaction from the customer service. I'm a big fan <3 next order coming soon

Die auf der Website hochwertig wirkenden Produkte wirken in Wahrheit schlecht verarbeitet und billig. Ist die Verpackung geöffnet verweigert das Unternehmen die Rücksendung. Nie wieder.

I ordered from this company using PayPal, Im not sure why but an old address was used for shipping. Company very unhelpful - order cannot be cancelled or changed, thier only suggestion is for me to return the items at my own cost - how can I return items that i will not receive? The shipping address is incorrect! Absolutely disgusting that a company will not amend an order and will take your money for items you wont receive. I'm shocked and appalled.

Ich kann von keinen wesentlichen Qualitätsmängeln berichten. Der Schmuck war wie abgebildet/angegeben und entspricht der Preis-Leistung. Langzeiterfahrungen kann ich nicht vorweisen.
Ebenso erfolgte die Lieferung problemlos und auch der Kundenservice war erreichbar und reagierte zeitnah.
Ich sehe bei diesem Shop jedoch ein rechtlich unkorrektes Vorgehen bei der Retoure. Das gesetzlich verankerte Widerrufsrecht wird hier ausgehebelt, sofern man die Verpackung geöffnet hat. Das ist schlicht rechtswidrig. Darauf wurde der Shop meinerseits hingewiesen und erst nach intensivem Drängen wurde eine Rückerstattung akzeptiert. Ich habe dieses Vorgehen bei der Verbraucherzentrale gemeldet. Man sollte sich nicht durch den Kundenservice verunsichern lassen.
Ein Onlineshop (Fernabsatzmarkt) hat den Widerruf zu gewähren.
