I ordered a gruffalo mug and they sent me the wrong one. They offered to send me a replacement with the returns stuff with the new mug. The manufacturer said that they could not provide the correct mug for a few months. nottheusual have let me keep the mug and provided a full refund.
Obviously not the perfect scenario! But when things go wrong it doesnt get much better than this!

Ordered an airfix/scalectric/hornby canvas dispatch bag. The bag looks cool and is really functional to carry my Ipad etc. the price is good and the delivery was very quick

Received my On This Day calendar today and have to say, very cool and funky product and the person its a gift for will love it I'm sure.

What I didn't love is the terrible packaging!
It comes rolled up in a tube fair enough, but then to shove it in a clearly too small envelope which left it pretty much open to anyone and the tube exposed. Some parcel tape had been chucked over one end which did nothing at all to help.

Not good enough really.
Was first order with this company....not too sure now to be honest. Not keen to order again if the packaging is so shoddy.

Lovely quality and nice product but the price would put me off becoming a regular customer.

Couldn't fault it one bit

Received the mug I ordered but it was cracked in 2 places, so I emailed not the usual (as you would) and I received a phone call the next morning from a guy called Richard who was brilliant, I just emailed a photo of the damage and I received a new mug the very next day which wasn't damaged :). Overall good service!

Am very pleased with the product which is of good quality. Efficient mailing, it was with me in 2 days. Very good service all round.

Ordering myself a french blue retro telephone I'd just seen on the cover of a magazine, I was very surprised to see it turn up the very next day! The communication was excellent, I even received a phone call when they believed initially that the item was out of stock. Again I received a text to say when my parcel would arrive and true to form there it was! Anyway love my new phone, although haven't used it yet as am saving it for a special place.

After sorting out crossed wires re what type of flask was required (vacuum or hip!) and during the conversation discussed that the item was originally ordered for a birthday the very next day, the person I spoke to organised for a courier to deliver the flask on a next day delivery service. The item arrived in time and well packaged. Thank you so much.
