Nourish Kefir has changed my life. Before starting, I was intolerant to many foods, now I am eating foods I haven’t eaten in over 4 years. Definitely recommend to anyone. It’s light, refreshing taste is perfect.

Taking Kefir each day in th last few months has improved my digestive health, I suffered with IBS for years and have little sign recently.

I love this company, they are so personable and friendly and I won’t go anywhere else. Nourish Kefir are the best. I discovered through my good friend Helen for my Mum who was quite unwell with her colitis. It’s virtually gone! I know for me it’s like giving me natural medicine my body needs! I’ve tried others and they simply don’t compare…they really don’t! Nourish Kefir love making their product and it shows, we try when we can afford to have it regularly and we love the Madagascan Vanilla…! I can also recommend the cultures to make your own which works out cheaper.. Nourish Kefir is the company I go to when I want to feel better and get my body back on track… worth every penny!

Have been buying nourish kefir for quite a few years now and use it with organic soya milk. Easy to make and keeps well. nourish kefir is the best one I have found.

Customer service is one of those things you usually only notice when it goes wrong, but I'm happy to say this is one of those cases when it was exceptionally good.

I received a call from Aurora Carr to resolve a minor issue with my order, and since I was new to Kefir products, they were happy to answer my various questions. I've just placed my second order and no doubt there will be many more.

Nourish Kafir is delicious, particularly the Madagascar Vanilla, and has certainly done my gut a lot of good.

Just received first batch of DIY kefir .Ordering was easy & good to buy from a small company whose owner has personal experience of kefir benefits.
It's a shame that Kefir isnt pushed by general practice as a major benefit to good health...I suspect Drug companys have something to do with it.
