Easy and done by WhatsApp ! No faffing around waiting on companies to answer the phone I just leave it to Nous and they do all the hard work for me !

We’re sorry for the delay with your new SIM card. Unfortunately, your new provider experienced an issue dispatching it, which meant the transfer took longer than expected.

The issue has now been resolved and your SIM should be with you shortly. If there’s anything else we can help with, we’re very happy to assist.

Out of curiosity input my details to…

Out of curiosity input my details to see what savings could be made. Did not go ahead with any of the suggested savings and received an email this morning saying my energy switch had started. I did not authorise or consent to this. No contact from the company regarding this. Extremely annoyed.

Thanks for sharing your experience, and we’re sorry it wasn’t what you expected.

It sounds like when you signed up, you selected one of our savings modes where Nous finds and sorts savings on your behalf. We always provide you with the full details of any potential switches, giving you plenty of notice via email and WhatsApp so you have time to review them and let us know if you don’t want to go ahead. Most of our customers prefer this level of automation and convenience.

Nous is designed to take the hassle out of saving money on bills. However, we appreciate this isn’t for everyone. If you’d rather handle things yourself, we have alternative modes where you receive reminders and suggestions and can choose when to take action.

Super easy

Super easy, Nous did all the work and I just got notified when it was all done. I'll wait for my first bill before I really see the difference so that's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.
