Echt miese Abzocker Vorsicht glaubt dehnen kein Wort alles schriftlich geben lassen der Shop in perea auch einfach nur ein Reinfall dort hat keiner ne echte Ahnung aber wenigstens was verkaufen der Kunde ist Dreck!

Biggest theifs on the planet. They billed 3 months extra.. Claiming we had bought a tv or bought movies etc. None we had done! Then cancelled it and they ones again lie, dont follow up on the cancelation and bill us yet ANOTHER 2 months extra (minimum!.. Its not final yet).. All I can say is, STAY AS FARE away from them as you possible can. If they ever become the last to offer internet, I will use pigeons!!!!

Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service. Ungrateful of good customers. Two years never late on a bill contract expires and nothing offered to keep me as a customer. Was even told that my monthly payment would go up. Switched provider and magically after two years of no problem with the line phone and internet goes out. Very unconcerned and nonchalant about assisting. Never again.

i dont even know where to start. I had the contract for few years, the lowest internet i have had in my life. I have tried to switch to fibre with them and everything went wrong. I have been waited for 1,5 year and nothing. I wanted to give them a second chance and everything goes wrong again, again the wrong the address wrong, i need to wait for ages even to get the contract. Sorry, never again.
The downfall of Nova
First and foremost, it's 2024, and I still can't achieve a minimum speed of 50mbps. Secondly, I've been grappling with an ongoing issue affecting my connection, causing my download speed to plummet to 1-2-3mbps. Despite reaching out to their experts, their proposed solution is to upgrade to VDSL or fiber, even though I've had no such problem for many years. Moreover, it's evident that they don't provide the promised speed, so I demand a resolution to fix my 24mbps (actual 11mbps) speed. Just a word of caution as Wind they were more reliable, but since Nova took over, the services are rapidly deteriorating.

Μου εγκαταστησαν συνδεση στεις 5 Φεβρουαριου. Απο εκεινη την ημερα προσπαθω να ανοιξω λογαριασμο στην πλατφορμα τους (απαραιτητο, μου λενε, για να πληρωνω και να διαχειριζομαι την συνδρομη μου). αυτο εχει αποδειχθει αδυνατο (τουλαχιτον μεχρι σημερα, 20 ημερες αργοτερα). εχω χρησιμοποιησει ολα τα μεσα επικοινωνιας τους, ο καθενας μου λειε οτι του.της κατεβει, συχνα αντιφατικα, ο ενας με στελνει σε αλλον, γυρνωντας σε ατελειωτους κυκλους. ειναι τελειως απαραδεκτοι και ανικανοι, δεν μπορω να καταλαβω πως μπορουν να επιβιωσουν στην αγορα... ΜΑΚΡΙΑ !!!
Avoid at all costs
Their Double Play telephone/ADSL connection would be the slowest internet connection I have seen this decade, if it wasn't so very intermittent.
As it stands I get half the promised speeds half the time and no speeds at all the other half. So basically they've sold us a 6mbps connection for the price of 24. I would actually not mind as much if the connection was 6mbps and on all the time.
I had to type this review from a smartphone with mobile data since the landline is kaput again

Cannot get instructions in English (“English” tab is in Greek. Good luck finding it). Once found good luck finding a phone # to enter into registration. Trial annd error using 5 numbers in package, all minute. App locks up. A 3rd grader must have designed their interface. Avoid at all costs. Saw a Vodaphone store down the street after wasting €25 (and you have to pay for the service on top - Mr Phone should also be avoided).

Nova is all about marketing
Nova is all about marketing and not at all about service or even customer retention. We purchased almost all of their offers from fixed and mobile lines, to internet and even TV. Getting service to return a call, or sales to even sell you more stuff, it is near impossible. A week of back and forth with reps from Facebook to two physical stores and I am ready to stretch a string to all my friend's houses. Tin cans were far more fun and efficient. Seriously, stay clear of this WIND makeover company.

Αν μπορούσα να βάλω 0 αστέρια θα το έκανα. Ζήτησα μεταφορά της γραμμής μου λόγω μετακόμισης. Πέρα από το γεγονός ότι οι τεχνικοί ήρθαν (3!!!) φορές για να ενεργοποιήσουν την γραμμή, μετά από 10-15 μέρες δεν είχα δίκτυο. Με άφησαν 4 μέρες χωρίς δίκτυο και κανείς δεν επικοινώνησε μαζί μου για την επίλυση. Κάλεσα λοιπόν εγώ, και μου είπαν ότι υπάρχει πρόβλημα στη γραμμή!... κάτι που θα μπορούσαν να μου το πουν πριν την ενεργοποίηση της γραμμής. Τεχνικές μαφίας... απαράδεκτοι. Μείνετε μακρυά..
Update μετά από 1 μήνα - Συνεχίζουν και με καλούν για να μάθουν για ποιο λόγο έφυγα. Με έχουν καλέσει τουλάχιστον 2-3 φορές ρωτώντας με τα ίδια πράγματα κάθε φορά, για να καταλάβετε για πόσο "οργανωμένη" εταιρεία μιλάμε... Για γέλια πργματικά

My husband's new sim card has not been connected in the last 24 hours. He has no mobile phone for the last 24 hours, which means that he can receive nor make any phone / viber etc calls, he cannot make any bank transaction, he cannot sign any document via gov.gr. etc. Nova tells him that he must be patient for another 24 hours !

Δύο μέρες επικοινωνώ στο chat της υποστήριξης, στέλνω email γιατί δεν μπορώ να καλέσω από το κινητό μου και δεν απαντάει κανείς, ακομη δεν μπορώ να κάνω κλήσεις, απαράδεκτοι!!
Η χειρότερη εμπειρία
Δυστηχώς δεν μπορώ να βάλω μισό αστέρι. Έκανα το λάθος και έφυγα από άλλο πάροχο και εδώ και μία εβδομάδα δεν έχω καθόλου σταθερό, δεδομένα, στο γραφειο είναι 1mbps στη καλύτερη περίπτωση.

4 months without internet because you don't pay them immediately in 2 days plus they charge you (7€ x 4 months internet blocking+ 21€ fees for keeping the line). If you want to transfer the line to other name you have to make a new contract for 2 years and if you don't want it more 110€ fees...

Everything was flawless for the first time, but we are without internet for 3 days and the customer service is no help at all, just empty promises about a technician who is supposed to call us. We want to go back to cosmote, is anyone aware about the legal aspect of such a case ? The contract with Nova is supposed to be 24 months, but we want an immediate termination of it.
