I've been waiting mouths for my order talked to someone as my package was sent back cause of wrong packaging and talked to Jessica she said it was being sent out and nothing have sent email and have got nothing I want my 65 back

Total SCAM they promised with what the add stated and get 30 free what a load of crap
Would never buy from this company again I had emailed them when I received I package and guess what no response scam scam scam scam scam scam scam
Just remember everyone if it’s too good to be true you will get ripped off scammers

I placed on order for prefilled easter eggs. The ad claimed to be and order of 30 pre filled eggs and it was a special deal of buy 2 get 2 free, equating 120 eggs. The company sent me a package with 24 eggs. I reached out via email and they did not respond. When the order was disputed with bank they responded to bank that the order was sent and delivered and they provided their image of a bag at my door. Thankfully I took pictures of the ad, the amount of eggs received from the company and the price paid. After the bank returned the funds, Novallene emailed back wondering why I placed a dispute. When i replied informing I tried to contact them first, the rep claimed that during their buy 2 get 2 sales the egg ct drops to 6 eggs per order. I simply sent her the image of the ad and the price listed and told her that nobody would pay over $60 for 24 tiny brittle looking eggs. She did not provide a response.

Scam. Brought 120 eggs, got 24!

Whatever you do DO NOT buy anything from Novallene! They will rip you off! I ordered prefilled Easter eggs a 30 pack n 2 different 24 pack n a 6 pack. It was all buy 1 get 1 free. They sent me 2 12 packs and a month later they said sorry we're out of stock and since we sent you the 2 12 packs that's all your getting for $ 109. Complete ripoff

I ordered 4 packs of pre-filled Easter eggs. They were advertised as being filled with plushies and squishy toys.

What I received was a pack of 12 cheap plastic eggs filled with cheap plastic rubbish. I could have bought better items from TEMU!

I attempted to contact the company on 5 occasions requesting a refund and they never replied to my emails. I then lodged a dispute with my financial institution and they have now lodged a counter claim.

They are a dodgy scam company! I highly recommend NOT purchasing from them!

I purchased a buy 1 get one free and at the end they said they would sell an extra set of prefilled Easter eggs to me for $15. They only sent me the buy one get one free and completely left off the rest of the order and Easter has come and gone and they haven't responded to my emails at all. Very deceptive practices. I am not happy at all.

Seriously, this is a joke!! I ordered double cuz I have a lot of nieces and nephews and I get one little bag with 12 eggs in it like that's not what I paid for at all. What a rip off, not happy at all with company

Only one box delivered, when I ordered two. The size is not what was advertised.

I would strongly advise against purchasing from Novallene.

I ordered 2 packs of 30 eggs that were advertised as coming with plushies, but what I received was completely different—just 12 cheap plastic eggs with no resemblance to what was shown. It felt very misleading and disappointing.

I have emailed multiple times to try and resolve this, and have received absolutely no response whatsoever. The lack of customer service is just as bad as the product itself.

This experience has been frustrating and feels like a complete waste of money. I would not recommend buying from them at all

I am following up once again regarding my order, as I have still not received any response to my previous messages. Please see my prior correspondence below for reference.At this point, I have given ample time for both a response and delivery of my order, and neither has been completely fulfilled. As a result, I am formally requesting a full refund immediately.
I am deeply disappointed with this transaction. I was truly looking forward to having my grandchild enjoy opening this special item, and this experience has been very discouraging.
Please process my refund as soon as possible. If I do not receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, I will have no choice but to pursue further action through my credit card company. I have sent approximately 10 emails and the phone number listed doesn’t exist. Do not buy from this company! Save your money!

Ordered Easter stuff paid the express shipped which said it would arrive before Easter. Still do not have it and tracking has not been updated since the time of purchase. Will not be ordering for here again.

Advertised as Needohs, buy one bundle get one free. Arrived much later than advertised, only 1 package (not the extra free one) item was not a needoh and was absolutely tiny.

I ordered over$55.00 of the Pre-filled Easter Eggs. I received 12 Easter Eggs, it's the day after Easter and no eggs still. Buyer beware!!! Do not recommend this company. I have written to them 4 times with no reply.

Rating is not even a 1 Star. So disappointed! Should have received 60 prefilled eggs with assorted small small animals. Only received 12 eggs filled with tiny choking harzard items.

Ordered from Novallene, didn't received anything, they were supposed to be for Easter, is Easter today and I've got nothing for the kids, very disappointing with all false advertising, they never respond to emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, IT'S A SCAM .
I received the eggs a day after easter, what a rip off, very cheap looking eggs, in a cheap plastic bag, nothing like I've seen advertised when you get them, in the add it shows a nice box. And was supposed to get a second pack as I bought the buy one get one free, only got one pack, so I still don't recommend this.

I paid $24.99 and only received 12 eggs when I was supposed to received 24 eggs. When trying to reach out to the fraudulent company, I kept getting page can't be found. I will reap what they sow!
