Son unos estafadores. Es una empresa china. La calidad es malísimay no se parece en nada a las fotos. He devuelto los productos con un coste enorme y encima no devuelven el dinero. No compréis nada.

I would give this company, Novant, less than one star if I could! They are a scam! They make you believe that they are an European fashion company but they are actually a Chinese company that make cheap knockoffs of pictures of beautiful women’s clothes. Unfortunately, I didn’t read the reviews before. They claim to have beautiful European styles, and the photos confirm this, but what you receive is not at all like the photos. I ordered a satin blouse with a draped cowl neckline for $60.00. What I received was a cheaply crafted knockoff made of very cheap shiny fabric, the neckline was horrible, I wouldn’t wear this ill fitting blouse! The blouse had on label & no tags. When I tried to return it they told me I would have to pay the return fees which”are very expensive so, to save me time, & more expenses, there will refund me 10% of the cost of the item & I can just keep the blouse”! Basically, they have no return policy & they are offering me $6! I have emails to & from this company documenting my experiences with them starting from Feb.2 until the present.

This is a "legal" scam.

I ordered a women's leather coat in size L. It arrived from some random factory in china with no labels on it or anything and it was extremely poor quality (nothing like the pictures online). It was also clearly the wrong size as it fit me and I'm a 6'1" male who weighs 100kg (hardly a female size L). I contacted the support email address who said they needed pictures (for no obvious reason) which I provided. They then took 22 days of constant chasing from me to just double down and say it was the correct size when clearly it wasn't. They then offered me to pay for the shipment which was £50 to have it exchanged but seeing as that's insanely expensive and it was clearly their fault I wanted to just get a refund. They then emailed two days later to say it was now outside of their 30 day returns policy, despite the fact the only reason that was the case was because they took forever to respond to my emails.

È arrivata una sottospecie di maglia,di un materiale improponibile,senza nemmeno un etichetta, probabilmente un XL.
Una truffa bella e buona, visto i 50 euro spesi.Ho chiesto il rimborso completo e dopo diverse email,sono arrivati a concedermi un 30 % e potevo tenermi la maglia. Ovviamente ho rifiutato e ho speso 30 euro per rispedire al mittente e notare l'indirizzo.. Cina...e il pacco è arrivato dai Paesi Bassi.. che dire...se potessi darei meno di 1 stella

VARNING för detta oseriösa företag. De skriver en adress i Amsterdam på hemsidan som inte stämmer.
Det är ett företag baserat i Kina och säljer dåliga kläder för alltförhöga priser, kläder som är likadana som från Temu och Shein. Det anges på hemsidan att de har en butik i Stockholm vilket inte stämmer. Lång leveranstid, och retur att behöva betala returen själv till Kina som då uppgår till 900 kr. Kundservice drar ut på tiden, svara på mail en gång per dygn. Går inte att ringa då telefonnummer på hemsidan är falskt. Omdömet från Trustpilot på hemsidan är förfalskat. Köp INGET från dem.

Gjorde en beställning som jag ångrade inom 24 timmar. De svarade inom ett dygn på mail att det gick bra att stoppa ordern. Fick tillbaka mina pengar inom en vecka. Jag påminde två ggr men de svarar snabbt på mail.

If I could leave a no star Review I would! The dress arrived- it was nothing like the photo of the one I thought I was purchasing. Beware They make returns VERY difficult.I may have to go to my bank for a refund! Don’t touch this company with a 12 ft barge pole!

The sweater I received was very different from the product shown on the website in terms of material and overall quality. It does not match the photos or description and does not justify the price charged.
When I contacted customer service, I was offered only a partial refund or asked to return the item to China at my own expense. The return costs and risks are significant compared to the item value, making a full refund unrealistic.
When a product does not match what was advertised, these costs should not fall on the customer. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I brought a jacket from them it said they are based in Amsterdam I emailed them to return the jacket but they kept trying to offer me a percentage off and to keep the jacket but the jacket was no good it was small and nothing like the one I ordered so after weeks of trying to get a return address they finally sent me one and it was china. It cost me £23.50 to return the jacket. I sent the item back 07/01/2026 it is now 20/02/2026 and I still have not received a refund. Avoid this company they need reporting! Just checking in it's 6 may 2026 and I still haven't received my refund will update if I do ever receive it! Just updating it's now 5th June still no refund I contacted them they said it was in customs in china and I have to get in touch with customs and pay the fee. It states that they should pay the fee but they are refusing to do this. Surely something can be done about this company. It's now 7th of July and royal mail have informed me that my parcel is being returned to me and will take 12weeks. So no refund and cost me money for nothing because it's being sent back. This company should be stopped!

è un sito cinese! ho acquistato una giacca da uomo a 107 euro è arrivata dopo 18 giorni, non mi è piaciuta ed ho chiesto di effettuare un reso. Dopo 9 email con il servizio clienti (in francese) mi è stato detto che la spedizione è a carico del cliente, la merce va inviata in Cina ( non in Francia come il sito fa presumere) e il numero di giorni di navigazione sforerebbe quelli del rimboso. Morale? Ho dovuto accettare il 30% di rimborso e tenermi la giacca perchè il reso mi sarebbe costato molto di più. una truffa legalizzata

Compré por error en ésta página, sin haber leído las opiniones, éstas, reflejan claramente el tipo de empresa (si se le puede llamar así).

*El pago del artículo lo recibe United Wardrober Holding (adquirido por Vinted) tienda de segunda mano.
Dicho ésto, no sólo envían artículos que no son lo que muestran en su página, además son de segunda mano.

*Devoluciones por cuenta del comprador, omiten que deben ser a China.

*El remite del paquete procede de Vallecas (Madrid)

*NOVANT , información sobre la
empresa, dice.. Amsterdam (Países Bajos).
Todo lo que me ofrecieron ha sido un reembolso del 30% , quedando en sus arcas un 70%. Negocio redondo!!!
Todo ésto perdiendo mi tiempo en informarme, además de dinero.
No compren.

Köpte en pyjamas som sprack i grenen vid första användningen fick ett nytt set hem skickat.
Men även detta sprack både överdel och underdel.
Försöker få en återbetalning men får till svar att enligt deras policy så får man bara en retur.
Vill varna er för detta företag helt värdelös kvalité på deras produkter

Jas besteld online, maar binnen de wettelijke termijn van 14 dagen ook weer geannuleerd. Novant heeft daar maling aan en stuurt toch de jas. Deze komt echter nooit aan. Geld terug geeist. Ze willen maar 70% terugbetalen, maar dat is wettelijk onjuist. Ik ga nu een melding doen bij de ACM. Ook bij mijn bank doe ik een fraudemelding.

Article livré de Chine, non conforme a la commande, de très mauvaise qualité. Pas de boutique à Amsterdam, pas de facture, pas de retour possible ni échange.
C'est de l'arnaque sur toute la ligne, faites passer le message.

Muy mala experiencia. Compré un jersey por 35€ y me lo enviaron con una empresa de transporte que se llama Imile. La empresa de transporte nunca me trajo el pedido y me dijo que la dirección era errónea y lo devolvió a Novant. Les he reclamado a Novant el reembolso del importe del jersey y me dicen que no me lo reembolsan, que me lo vuelven a mandar. Eso va a ser un pez que se muerde la cola: la empresa de transporte no me lo traerá y me doy cuenta de que me han engañado. Me siento frustrada.

Compré un abrigo para regalar a mi hija, y me llegó un abrigo de calidad pésima y que no tenía nada que ver con el que pedí. He intentado devolverlo y no ne han hecho ni caso. Me siento engañada.
