Novant 

I ordered the lead light cat lamp.
It was not lead light glass, but plastic.
It looked nothing like the advertisement.
I sent it back my cost. I sent photos of item being sent with tracking etc in January.
I am still waiting for a refund & now it’s 9th of March.
Not happy at all!!
I have sent about 20 emails to Luvonic requesting
a refund.
They ask for all the photos which l have already sent!!

DO NOT BUY from this company & yes they are in China despite saying they are in Europe.

Novant er et fup-firma. Køb ikke hos dem.

Jeg har købt en jakke fra Novant, og det der kom var noget værre skrammel. Virkelig dårlig kvalitet og en helt forkert størrelse og lignede slet ikke det på billedet.

Jeg ville have mine penge tilbage, og Novant tilbød mig 30%, retur hvilket slet ikke var nok. Jakken var forholdsvis dyr. Novant bad mig så sende jakken til en adresse i Kina, hvilket jeg gjorde, men adressen de gav er snyd og pakken bliver ikke hentet.

Nu kan jeg læse, at jeg langt fra er den eneste der er blevet snydt, og mange står med dårlige oplevelser med Novant.

Og jeg kan kun i stemme koret: Køb INTTE af deres produkter. Det er et fup firma.

Har jeg lært noget af dette, så er det at man ALTID skal læse Trustpilot hvos man køber en vare uden for Danmark :-)

The company strung me along through 33 emails telling me that my shirt was in transit. I finally called my bank and they told me it was a scam, shut down my credit card, and refunded me the money. Do not buy from them.

I ordered a suit, quite a pricey suit. It taken around 4 weeks to fulfil. It was around 2 sizes too small, EVEN though I ordered 2 sizes over my usual (anticipating smaller sizing). The garment was also more like a fancy dress/costume style suit rather than premium product as the price would imply. It taken 3 months of backwards and forwards, then offering partial refunds, asking me to send a video ofthe garment, only to refuse a return/refund due to it being outside the return windown. Absolutely shocking experience and it's a wonder how companies like this survive.

Only put 1 star as there isn’t a0 option.
After waiting nearly 1 month for my item it finally arrived. Wasn’t sure if it was the stunning lightweight cotton jumper I ordered for £54 or a chamois leather to clean my windows. Rest assured it will be used for the latter. Jesus! When will we learn. Avoid this site at any cost🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Ho ordinato un cappotto, presentato molto bene sul sito con una foto. mi è stato consegnato dopo 4 settimane e cio' che è arrivato NON CORRISPONDE nemmeno vagamente alla foto. la fattura non è la stessa, il modello non è lo stesso. Si tratta di una specie di straccio in tessuto sintetico leggero. Sono dei truffatori.

Prodotto pessimi /indecente con prezzi rispetto alla qualità elevatissimi

Vendono materiale non scadente, di più! Davvero roba di pessima qualità, pacco arrivato dopo settimane intere dalla Cina, vestiti bucati! Servizio clienti pessimo!! Vergogna

Ho comprato una giacca per regalo di Natale a mio marito sul sito Novant, arrivata dopo l'epifania, tutt'altra cosa, qualità pessima, senza fodera interna, manca la zip, manifattura scadente.
Tutte le descrizioni e fotografie che ti fanno vedere non corrispondono a ciò che ti vendono.
Mi hanno poi promesso un rimborso del 50%, anche questo mai ricevuto
Mi sento imbrogliata malamente, sito di pura Truffa, Non Comprate assolutamente.
Ho pagato questo giubbino 59,95, al mercato lo avrei trovato a 15 euro!

Ik kocht via de website van Novant een stijlvolle crèmekleurige winterjas in promotie, zoals afgebeeld op de productfoto’s.
Wat ik ontving, had hier echter totaal niets mee te maken.
Bij het openen van het pakket was meteen duidelijk dat het geleverde product niet overeenstemt met wat op de website werd voorgesteld. Het ging duidelijk niet om een winterjas, maar om een zeer dun en slecht afgewerkt kledingstuk. Er was bovendien geen enkel etiket aanwezig. De kwaliteit van de stof is bijzonder laag en staat in geen verhouding tot de foto’s op de website. Het product voelt flinterdun aan en oogt goedkoop.
Ik voel mij dan ook misleid. De ontvangen jas is duidelijk geen correcte weergave van het aangeboden product.
Tot overmaat van ramp bleek bij een poging tot retour dat het pakket naar China moet worden teruggestuurd. Bij de post werd mij meegedeeld dat de retourkost 74 euro bedraagt, wat duurder is dan de jas zelf.
Deze werkwijze vind ik ronduit onaanvaardbaar.
Ik raad Novant ten stelligste af en zal hier zelf nooit nog een bestelling plaatsen. In mijn ogen gaat het om misleidende verkooppraktijken en een bijzonder onklantvriendelijk retourbeleid.

The goods arrived after three weeks waiting
I was paid sixty five pounds for a rag of a blouse which was four sizes too small and I had ordered the correct size
The blouse was also very shoddy and of an inferior standard
I wasted a great deal of time trying to get a refund

Eventually I was told that if I returned the blouse for a refund I must pay £26 postage up front to Novant
I was also informed that their policy is to refund only 10% of the purchase price
Do not trust these people
They are gangsters
Do not buy from them

Se muestra una página que vende artículos de muy buena calidad desde Amsterdam. La realidad es que el artículo viene desde China, y de la peor calidad posible. Cuando solicito la devolución la empresa me ofrece una devolución del 20%, 30% y hasta el 40% a cambio de no devolver el producto (producto que, por cierto, no fue barato). Ante esto, y ya que había pagado con PayPal, inicié una disputa y volví a exigir la devolución del importe íntegro. Al entrar PayPal en juego, finalmente acceden a que devuelva el producto y me dan una dirección de China. Ese fue mi error. En la política de devoluciones de la página Web viene claramente una dirección de Amsterdam (seguramente falsa). Para no volver a reclamar, accedí a enviar el producto a China; evidentemente se trataba de una devolución, con lo que hice el paquete con lo indicado por el vendedor (producto y dirección). Mi sorpresa fue que el paquete quedó retenido en la aduana de China al no tener factura de venta (yo no estaba vendiendo nada). Finalmente, ya que el vendedor no indicó a PayPal que había recibido el producto, resolvió a favor del vendedor. Yo de momento estoy sin mi dinero y de momento sin el producto (espero que algún día la aduana china lo devuelva a su destino). PayPal me dice que tiene pruebas de que haya enviado el producto (por lo visto no les vale el justificante de envío de Correos). Si me hubiera empeñado en devolverlo a la dirección de Amsterdam todo esto de la aduana no hubiera sucedido. Resumiendo, me parece una estafa muy bien elaborada y muy poca protección por parte de PayPal. Recomiendo no comprar nada a esta gente.

This is a scam. We got caught because we didn’t check reviews. Product received was complete rubbish and yet we paid over$100 for it. The coat bore no relation to the high-end coats in photos on web site. Was more like something you might buy for a few dollars in an Asian market. Products come from China, not France.

Almost impossible to get a refund despite emailing the company three times.

My item never arrived despite paying extra for shipping assurance. Four times I reached out to their carrier verifying they correct address - which they had - and each time they said it was "undeliverable." This is fraud.

j'ai commandé un pantalon, il n'était pas à la bonne taille un peu trop serré, j'ai demandé à me faire rembourser parce que je voyais bien que la qualité était très mauvaise. Comme il était pas la bonne taille en plus, je préférais ne pas le garder. Ils m'ont dit que il fallait que je renvoie le colis à mes frais. Le renvoie du colis à l'adresse indiquée coûte plus cher que l'ensemble. Jogging, pantalon plus Sweat !
J'ai dû donc accepter leur offre de remboursement de 35 % de la valeur. C'est du vol j'ai payé sa fortune ! Je l'ai porté pour la symbolique une journée, nous sommes le jour un de l'utilisation du pantalon, il est 18h52 et il est déjà plein de bouloché
ce site n'est vraiment pas à conseiller. J'ai fait un achat par erreur, je n'y retournerai plus jamais.

Estafa, pura y dura. Escapad de aquí! Tienda que simula ser europea pero la ropa viene de China. El tallaje no se corresponde con la realidad. Imposible la devolución por los costes que acarrea

This company is a SCAM. Believe these reviews. I purchased a XL jacket, it was too small, after contacting them they offered a “courtesy replacement” in a 2XL that I had to pay shipping for. The replacement 2XL jacket was SMALLER than the XL. I sent photos, they actually admitted that the jacket may be mislabeled, I sent multiple emails but they offered to do NOTHING else to rectify the issue, I was stuck with 2 jackets that did not fit. Luckily, I reached out to my credit card company, sent them all the info, they opened an investigation and reversed both charges. If you get scammed by this company, reach out to your credit card company and see if they will reverse the charges. I had documentation from Novant refusing to help, and photos of the sizing issue, they reversed both charges within 24 hours.

la tienda novant compre un abrigo en diciembre , el trking funciono hasta llegar a madrid que se perdio ,desoues de 6 o 7 correos de reclamacion ,ni contestacion , y hasta la fecha nadqa de nada ,fui estafado . nunca compreis si paypal ,
