Very disappointing experience.

I paid €65 for what was advertised as a jacket, but received a low-quality jogging top that looks nothing like the photos. The product appears to be a cheap item that could be purchased for around €15 on sites like Temu or Shein.

The website presents itself as a boutique, giving the impression of higher quality products, but does not clearly inform customers that items are shipped from China.

Their website also claims free returns, which is misleading. When I contacted customer service, I was told I would need to return the item to China at my own expense.

After multiple emails, they offered only partial refunds (10%, 20%, then 30%) instead of resolving the issue properly.

They finally confirmed that the refund was “processed,” however, after checking with my bank, no refund has actually been issued.

I feel completely misled by both the product and the return policy.

I would strongly advise others to be very careful before ordering from this website.

Trying to gain information on how to return an item. E mails are all in French and don’t tell you how you can return. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. All e mails requesting return are not going through.

Son estafas. Yo compré en una similar, me llegó un abrigo de calidad nula y al intentar pedir la devolución me dijeron que tenia que pagar yo los gastos de envio porque estaba en una zona alejada de China (70 euros). NO COMPRAR!!!

Ordered shorts with next delivery, nothing has turned up. All emails from them are in French. Think i will write them off as looking at reviews i will not get my money back if I return them if they ever turn up.

ordered a coat from Novant and received a product that was far below the quality shown on their website. The material, cut, and overall finish did not match the advertised item.

I reported the issue immediately after delivery, and the company acknowledged that this was a product conformity issue and not a standard return.

However, instead of resolving the issue, the case was kept in ongoing discussion without any concrete solution. Once the 30-day period had passed, they started relying on their return policy to refuse any refund, replacement, or compensation.

Throughout the process, only low partial refunds were offered or return the product on my own responsibility to China! at the end no proper solution was provided. The product quality appears inconsistent with what is advertised.

I escalated the case through the European Consumer Centre (ECC Finland and ECC Netherlands), but the seller did not engage with the official mediation process.

Based on my experience, I strongly recommend caution when ordering from this company, especially regarding product quality and after-sales support.

The item I ordered bears ABSOLUTELY no resemblance to the item delivered other than that it is a shirt. I was assured by email that that the shirt ordered was 100% cotton. It is in fact 100% polyester.

Jag beställde en vara från dem och då kommer ett mejl där de förklarar att produkten är slut på många månader. Jag erbjuds en ersättningsvara som inte är I närheten av vad jag beställde. Jag hade förväntat mig att få pengarna tillbaka direkt. Nu vet jag inte om jag kommer få några pengar tillbaka alls.
Jag rekommenderar ingen att beställa varor från dem.

Desde el 8 de Enero de este año compré unas zapatillas online pagué 50€, nunca las recibí durante estos 4 meses me están engañando con que no llega el paquete y q el reembolso me lo van hace...que me reembolsan el 70% todo es un fraude, estafa y mentiras!
Habría que hacer algo legal contra estás wel que juegan con nuestro dinero!

Maten kloppen niet.
Moet alleen maar mailtjes sturen voor retour.
Heb 2 overhemden gekocht zeeeeer slecht van kwaliteit.
En moet 10 mailtjes sturen voor de ruilen maar er wordt heel moeilijk gedaan.

Ik ga ook stoppen met mails versturen.het zijn oplichters en de overhemden gooi ik in de afval container. Meer zijn ze niet waard ben voor 70 euro opgelicht.

Le produit reçu est trop petit et n'est pas a la hauteur de mes attentes. Ne me convient pas. Je veux le retourner pour remboursement et ils veulent soit le remplacer ou me donner un remboursement de 10%. Je ne veux pas de leur produit bas de gamme. Web engañosa. Dominio frances. Dirección en Amsterdam. Aparente e inexistente tienda física. No os dejeis engañar. Es una tienda china de productos de baja calidad que no se corresponden a la descripción y las fotos de los artículos. Yo piqué y compré un abrigo y recibí una prenda de diseño y color diferente al especificado en su web. Me pongo en contacto con ellos para la devolución. Ahora el artículo está en la aduana china y Novant no hace nada por liberarlo para completar la devolución y el abono del importe. LA embajada china pide la factura del artículo y Novant sólo me da un justificante de compra y me dice que resuelva yo el tema de aduanas.Así que me he quedado sin el dinero y sin el producto y he tenido que pagar más de 20 euros en Correos por enviar el paquete a Novant, en China. Malísima experiencia. NO PIQUEIS.

Beställde, något som på bilden såg ut som en snygg fuskpäls, visade sig vara någon slags tunn, hafsigt sydd fleecekappa i sladdrig kvalitet, liknar mer en billig morgonrock. Bara inse man blivit grundlurad!

Ho acquistato una felpa del valore di 60 euro e quella che è arrivata era un poliestere economico e in generale di una qualità pari ai capi che troveresti su siti di vendita cinesi.

Provato a rimborsare il prodotto e mi hanno chiesto di pagare il 25% del costo dell'ordine come tariffa di consegna, scrivendo nella mail: "Per effettuare la consegna le sarà richiesto di pagare il [25% del valore dell'ordine]" il che mi fa capire che è uno scam e non il vero prezzo di consegna, che di 18 euro è inaudito.

Non affidabili, truffatori che indicano una valutazione trustpilot farlocca sul sito.
