Despues de tres meses de disputa,me he quedado sin la prenda,sin los 140€ que me costo y sin 40 € de gastos de envio para la devolucion.Entre Novant fr y Paypal he sido claramente estafada.No entiendo como pueden seguir operando libremente.

I ordered a jacket. It wasn't what I expected and desided to return it. I had to send 8 emails before I got the information where to send the jacket. Now when I have sent the jacket back to their warehouse to China the jacket has been sitting 3 months in customs, waiting clearence. Seller is not willing to send me any infromation from their end. I have been told that the jacket is in customs, cleared customs and it's on the way with the currier, it's back in customs, it's filed as abandoned, it's back waiting clearence. I can't relay anything they are saying. Novant seems to bee reluctant to do necessary measures so they don't get the jacket and therefore aren't refunding the jacket. I cannot recomnend.

Sämsta upplevelse. Jag beställde 2 tröjor Som inte motsvarade beskrivningen. Retunerade de till Kina och de sitter fast i Kinesiska tullen. Företaget svarar snabbt via mejl ( Google translate) . Jag kontaktade Konsumentverket som meddelade att detta är ett dropshipping företag som inte har lager nånstans och bolaget är i Amsterdam. Väldigt vanligt för dropshipping bolag. Förmodligen väldigt få personer som står bakom förtaget och lurar folk . De har luckas med webbsidan men köp inget. Om du köper och få fel vara gå med att få tillbaka 30% av beloppet inom 30 dagar . Jag hade inte läst recensioner på denna webbsida och gjorde aldrig inte det ….

Absolutely dreadful company. Item came very late. Very poor quality and will make it very difficult to return offering 10% refund and talking you out of the return policy that is very misleading.
I feel they are a not a legitimate company….. stay well clear!!

Men’s Leather gloves turned out to be pvc or similar . I contacted them and was offered a discount to keep them but I was not interested in owning such poor quality items. Went through the lengthy returns process and have been fobbed off several times to avoid refunding . They claimed I’d sent them to Germany but fortunately I’d photographed the package and sent them proof of return and also proof of the address . Still waiting .

Avoid this company. They sent the wrong item, then dragged out communication for 30 days with promises of a resolution, only to later refuse the claim citing their return policy. This appears to be a deliberate tactic to avoid responsibility. The item was clearly not as described, and the delay was entirely on their side. Very disappointing experience.

1,5 maand moeten wachten op mijn bestelling. 10 mails moeten sturen om het uiteindelijk te ontvangen. Blijkt dan uit China te komen met Chinese maten die voor Europeanen kindermaten zijn. Frauduleuze site. Terugsturen is geen optie

Sämsta nånsin! Allt är bara en fasad. De säljer saker som inte motsvarar produktbilderna och livnär sig på att erbjuda 30% i ersättning för varorna.

Ne faut jamais acheter sur leur site, ils vendent des horreurs tout juste bons à nettoyer les sols. Ils ne remboursent jamais les articles retournés en indiquant qu ils sont bloqués à la douane chinoise, soyez vigilants ! Ils répondent en envoyant des mails automatiques.

I purchased a clothing item that transpired on arrival to be of poor quality and not depicting a true representation of the picture online. On the 19 December 2025, following the "Return and Refund Policy" I requested a refund. I was asked to provide a photo of the item via email. This was followed by Novant offering a 10% refund as international shipping can be a bit of a hassle and expensive. I refused this and sated I still wanted to return the item. I was then informed it could take anywhere from 15- 30 days to arrive in China; to avoid hassle shipping would you take an increased offer of 20% refund. I refused, so they increased this to 30% refund and I subsequently refused yet again. They then stated they are not responsible for lost parcels or any additional fees such as customs or import charges, as this is down to the sender. I returned the clothing item on 30 December 2025, checking the international shipping order it is still sat with customs on the 21 March 2026. I would not recommend purchasing anything from Novant.fr as its false advertising when purchasing supposedly quality merchandise and returning.

Cuidado con Novant.fr. He recibido una prenda que no tiene nada que ver con las imágenes de su web. Venden un supuesto abrigo de lana estructurado y envían una malla tricotada semitransparente de ínfima calidad.

Lo más grave es su logística engañosa: el paquete llega desde Vallecas (Madrid), pero cuando pides la devolución por su error, te exigen enviarlo a Zhejiang (China) con un coste de 45€ (el 75% del valor del pedido). Es una táctica de coacción para que el cliente desista.

Incluso tras admitir su error por email, utilizan tácticas dilatorias para que se agoten los plazos de reclamación de los procesadores de pago. No os dejéis engañar por sus fotos; son robadas y el producto real es una estafa física.

Die auf der website angegebene Telefonnummer existiert nicht. Der Shop wirbt mit einer Filiale in Wien, diese existiert aber nicht, auch nicht die in Amsterdam oder sonst wo.
Ich habe nach ewigem hin und her mein Geld zurück bekommen, aber es war sehr mühsam.
Ich habe zwar eine Ware erhalten, aber fern ab von dem was ich bestellt hatte. Und absolut billigstes minderwertigstes Material aus Asien.
Der Mantel der 85 Eur kostete war keine 5 Euro wert!

I agree with the other reviews. They charge you and it takes weeks to get their trashy, inferior merchandise. Items are made too small and they will not exchange or refund. Horrible greedy scammers. Shut them down and stop them from robbing people. They are in business to steal your money and you get nothing. Cheap, stupid scammers and lying thieves. I cannot say enough horrible things about them. Dishonest scum.

.mon compagnon Desnos François à pensé bien faire en achetant un costume Novant.
A mis presque un mois à arriver, mauvaise qualité, taille inadaptée , cher au final pour du chiffon, quand même 225 euros et surtout plus de 60 euros pour le renvoyer en chine alors que la boîte est en Hollande.
Pas moyen de le retourner contre remboursement. Ils négocient 10% puis 30% de remboursement en gardant l'article...enfin voilà...résultat :aller acheter un costume double du prix en vitesse pour être habiller pour notre mariage.
Ceci est une Arnaque au sens propre du terme.

No funciona nada. Pedí unas zapatillas el dia 27 de noviembre y después de reclamarlas como 10 veces pidieron que confirmara la dirección. Lo hice y espero otro mes. Al final me llegaron. Me estaban grandes y con una lengüeta demasiado grande porque molesta y me contestan que tiene un medidor para calcular la talla. Otro mes pelando para poder devolverlas y que me devolvieran el dinero. Al final me he tenido que quedar con unas zapatillas que no me valen.

Es un timo, la ropa no tiene calidad, cuando quieres devolver solo son trabas y cuesta mucho la devolución. Debería estar más seguido por la ley este tipo de tiendas ya que es una pena , es una vergüenza.

I ordered a pair of sandals size 40 and received size 44 (and not of the quality as advertised) . It is impossible for me to use them. I can't return them because it would cost me almost as much as I paid for them. Not a really honest company to deal with. I always read the reviews before buying online but this time I failed to do so thinking that a french company would be alright. Big mistake, huge.

I rate Novant Hong Kong with no stars. They are a fraud. It took forever to get the coat and when it came it was a large and I requested small. It was huge plus when I tried it on not only was it too large but shed all over my clothes. I notified them of this and they requested sending photos. I sent 3 photos showing the very large fit and the shedding on my clothes. In addition to the fact that I spent $146 the coat looked more like a robel. They did not address the shedding and quality but the size. They requested I send $41 and they would a send me another! So they have xxs since I requested small...is there a choice? So now I am doing what they say other customers do. i Keep crap and they would give me a 10 discount discount. i said yes and will put the coat (robe) in a recycle bin.
