Doria from the Perth office assisted us when we came in to pick up the ring we had ordered. She was very kind, hospitable and professional. She made the whole experience enjoyable and we will definitely be back for the next purchase. We had to return to have the ring resized, which was a very smooth and easy process, not to mention efficient. Thanks again Doria!

I needed a engagement ring ASAP and…
I needed a engagement ring ASAP and everywhere I looked I couldn’t find what I was looking for, but then I came across Novita diamonds website where I easily navigated through to find a wide range of custom rings and diamonds designs which was exactly what I was looking for. I made a quick email inquiry to which I got an instant response from Sam.
Sam had very clear communication and answered all my questions. Three weeks later I received a message/email that the
Ring was ready to collect a day early !

Doria provided the best customer service you could ever ask for! She was friendly and professional from the start, after initially showing Doria what I wanted before setting up our appointment she then organised a range of options that were similar when i visited her in their Perth showroom and we narrowed it down to a stunning ring that my partner loves. I know I wouldn't have ended up with the same result if it wasn't for Dorias genuine interest in helping me achieve what I was looking for. Great experience highly recommend!
We had a really good experience buying our engagement ring here. Communication was great, Doria was very knowledgeable and answered any questions that we had. It only took 7 weeks from order to receiving our ring and I absolutely love how it came out! Will definitely recommend, especially considering the value for money and sustainability aspect of the lab grown diamonds.
