Made a last minute appointment with Laura to view tennis bracelets and solitaire necklaces. My third visit to the showroom and both Laura and Yen were an absolute pleasure to chat with, very knowledgeable and never pushy at selling their products. I thoroughly enjoy our appointments, and thankful for Laura's patience and honesty. Yen was also super helpful on my first visit where she went above and beyond in finding a setting in Hatton Gardens to set my beautiful princess cut diamond studs before I left the country. Customer service top notch
Customer service top notch, had the best experience every single time I went in. My now fiancé and I have been going to Novita for a few years for birthday gifts and now I have added another stunning ring to my collection. The process was made easy and stress free. Went in my partner to pick out styles and stones I like and I am so pleased with the ring. Will be going back for bands very soon.

Mein 1. Schmuckkauf im Internet verlief absolut reibungslos über Novita Diamonds. Leider habe ich aufgrund der etwas größeren Auswahl inzwischen bei einem anderen Anbieter gekauft und mußte feststellen, dass Novita eindeutig die bessere Anlaufstelle gewesen ist... Sollte ich wieder ein Schmuckstück kaufen wollen, dann gerne wieder über Novita.

Novita diamond engagement ring
My partner proposed to me with a novita diamond engagement ring. It was shiny and beautiful and presented in a box with a light in it to highlight its brilliance :) I needed it resized. Lucky they thought of everything and included an attachment to the ring incase so I could wear it before taking it in for resizing. Once I booked for it to be resized I was able to get an appointment the same week :)

Laura is very professional and helpful throughout the process. I was half expecting being push for a quick sale before I walked through the door, but instead she guided me through the process and provided solid advice. Would recommend.

Novita is everything you could ever want and need in a jeweler
Novita!!! Where do we start. You provided nothing short of exceptional customer service from the beginning. The website allowed us to customise our perfect ring and was so easy to use. The price was highly competitive and the quality was unmatched. The pick up process was seamless and the staff were so kind and accommodating, providing recommendations about how to keep my rings clean and safe.
So impressed with this business, I will never shop anywhere else.

Fantastic Experience – Beautiful, One-of-a-Kind Engagement Ring!
I had a great experience with Novita Diamonds in Manchester when I bought my partner’s engagement ring back in 2023. I designed it online, picking out all the details to make it one of a kind, and the whole process was really easy. When I went to the store, the staff were super polite and helpful, making sure everything was just right before I finalized the purchase. The ring turned out beautifully, and I love that I could create something unique while also making an ethical choice with a lab-grown diamond. Now, with our wedding coming up this October, I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Would definitely recommend Novita Diamonds to anyone looking for a special, stress-free experience!
