Placed an order on 10 April, since the website states shipping within 4-7 business days. Order eventually shipped out one month later.

However, it's currently 4 June and I still didn't receive the package. Doesn't make sense at all. Worst experience I've ever had with a brand. Never again.

Jim from customer service has been nothing but helpful getting everything sorted for me. No complaints

I've used Novu before and the items I pick usually hit first time.

This time I ordered ALOT of items and although top quality, they didnt suit me. Being busy i forgot to send back and missed the return date. I spoke to Customer Service (Jim) and he was very accomodating and arranged for an exchange even though he didnt have to.

Very refreshing to have such good service, especially from an online retailer.

Customer service has improved a lot. They refunded very quickly.

I bought clothes for close to 400 euro in may 2025, and I still have not gotten them! They keep telling me that they will send them, but no refund and no clothes!

I am waiting for them to contact me after this review!

Great customer service from this company. My query was dealt with very quickly and efficiently by Jim who was brilliant and helpful.

Still Not received my Order After 4 months

Ordered pre sale 5 weeks today and still not shipped or sent.

The lack of communication and professional is awful. They only contact if you reach out to them.

Also isn’t the first time it has happened. Waited 6 weeks last time and gave them one more chance

Don’t order from here I live in uk this is a uk company I ordered something 6 weeks ago which was a set for 180 quid and they still haven’t even shipped it

Never known anything like it - said will take 10 days I’m on my 4th week of waiting , need to learn how to run a company properly and not lie to there customers who spend a lot on there clothing

Userd to be fine but been waiting now 4 weeks for 2 orders and customer support sends some ai generated reply.Its a shame.Latest automated reply says they have stock stuck in customs but one of my orders tracking says royal mail has it.

This is a common complaint when you read reviews. Dont bother there are plenty of other clothes providers that act properly. Absolutely diabolical should not be trading.

Do not buy from these scammers. They used to be fine but the most recent drops they have scammed everyone.

I spent almost £800 and have received nothing, hoping my bank deal with these conniving bunch.

Ordered over £300 worth of clothing with a promised 1–10 business day dispatch. Now 15 business days later, the order hasn’t even been shipped. No clear delivery date, vague responses from customer service, and refusal to provide proper compensation. Extremely poor experience and not a company I would trust again

The quality of clothing is actually good. the delivery takes about a month when I live in England and it’s an English company. I stupidly ordered again forgetting how long it takes so it’s my own mistake.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I ordered some goods from them in 2024 as they promised fast delivery to the UAE. The products eventually arrived after 4 weeks with much chasing from me.
I stupidly gave them another chance at the start of March, at the time of writing still no goods have arrived (6 weeks and counting) and they refuse to refund me because the claim their courier can't find the goods!
I have been chasing them every few days, last week they apologised and offered me a full refund, I accepted, then they changed their mind and said "they can't refund until their courier can find the goods and return them"
You simply couldn't make this up - terrible, customer service and completely illegal to fail to provide me the goods I have paid them for and also refuse to refund me. Currently have no clothes and no money!

Great brand love their service and quality of their garments, will definitely be purchasing repeatedly.

Worst customer service I have ever had. Not one for leaving reviews but I had to on this brand. I ordered two sizes medium and large. Tried the medium on which was slightly over sized so never bothered trying the large on. I then returned the large with original packing, label still attached and never left the bag that it was sent in. NOVU then came back to me to say the shirt had a smell of odour and they would not be returning my money. Absolute shambles of a company especially from a returning customer I will never buy anything again. Avoid!
