Excellent and Reliable Service
I’ve had a very positive experience with NS&I. The service feels secure and trustworthy, which is really important when it comes to savings. Everything is straightforward to manage, and I appreciate how easy it is to check my accounts and keep track of my money.
What stands out most is the reliability — I’ve never had issues accessing my account or receiving updates. The processes are simple, and the communication is clear and helpful.
If I had to suggest anything, it would be to continue improving the online experience to make it even more user-friendly. Overall, I’m very satisfied and feel confident keeping my savings with them.

I have £20,000 and only won once in 6 months so would be better in a low interest account. Will be closing or just leave a few thousand
